I order the same pizzas every time I order. this time the chicken on both of them was almost non existent what was on them looked like little scraps. The alfredo sauce was almost too salty to eat, good thing the sauces were very thin and almost no bbq sauce. I ate 2 pieces before I found a tiny sliver of ham. Have not had this problem with this store before.

Our pizza was terrible. It was not what we ordered and it was so overcooked the crust was like eating potatoe chips and it was dry. I tried to call the store back and waited on hold for 25 minutes before hanging up and calling back. I waited another 10 minutes before getting an associate. She was very friendly and apologetic. She offered to remake the pizzas or give us a store credit for our next order. The last few times I have ordered from this location I have been unhappy with the quality of our pizzas.

Waited over 15 mins for curbside delivery to car. Thin crust pizza was wrong; italian saisage was ordered, pepperoni was given instead. Both pizzas tasted like old frozen store brands, no good crust texture, not flavorful. Neither were hot, and neither tasted good.

I ordered the large dinner box with 3 pizzas in it and who ever made it must can only make round pizzas. All 3 had sauce, cheese and topping only in a circle on top, making the 4 corner pieced just dry bread sticks. Family ate it any way because they were hungry and had to wait too long the first time.

I called to place a delivery I was told that they do not deliver I get to the location there’s a sign on the door that says delivery or carry out , I ordered online he chose contactless delivery, And still had to go inside and pick up my food

Always messing up order never ready when it says it will be ready and when you call to complain they act like they can’t hear you or just hang up. Will not be ordering ever again from them will go to Taylor’s for a pizza instead. The place needs to be shut down again customer service is horrible

This Pizza Hut never has delivery drivers available. It is in a small town and not everyone can go up to the Pizza Hut to pick up their orders. Then this Pizza Hut off the last items that are unavailable because of for ordering on behalf of the manager.

Wait 3 hours for pizza and called 5 times. The last time we called it took another 40 min before it actually arrived when they are 3 miles down the road and the pizza received looked like 3 hour old pizza. They were very rude on the phone said the drivers GPS took him to the wrong place when the driver showed up he knew us and had been here several times before.

I ordered on the app & requested my pickup time for a later time. when arrived to pickup my order, had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to the front. they looked for my order, no where to be found. they said they gave order away to someone else. so had to wait another 20 minutes for my order. I called customer care & was supposed to be transferred to a manager and got transferred back to the automated system. I called customer care number again. was supposed to be transferred to a manager. the man tells me he has to transfer me to the location. told him no thanks. I feel that they already failed at the location and when I call customer service and that they should be able to handle the complaint. obviously not. definetly won’t be ordering from the Gramercy location any time soon

I had a $20 order and they couldn’t break a $50. I had to go to a gas station and get change. This is the tiniest PH I have ever seen. Terrible signage and almost impossible to spot from the road unless you knew it was there.
