Just not good. Way overpriced for the food and quality. Have not been to a Zips in years Def not going back But the Restaurant was very clean. Not bad service but just could tell ppl were not thrilled to be there. But I guess that’s all of us.. would much rather be somewhere else than working.

Went to get 3 large milk shakes. Went the a drive-thru. It cost $26.00+. The shakes were only 20oz half was vanilla the second half huckleberry and they were not mixed enough. I’ll never go there again.

I very rarely leave a bad review, but here I am. I’ll start with the burgers. WAY over done. Not a single drop of moisture in them. Grease would be preferable to this. Shards of over-cooked burger patty was literally breaking off when I bit down. A piece actually cut up my tongue. Waited 25 minutes for this monstrosity. Fries were still frozen in the middle. Clearly the kitchen staff needs to be retrained. Good people, it does not take that long to cook a burger patty. Owners and management should be ashamed of what this location has become. Avoid this place and wait till you get to cda or moscow.

Usually a big fan of Zips but the one in Plummer was pretty terrible. The “ice cream” was super soft and watery. Tasted weird. French fries were stale and luke warm and had no salt..not one grain of salt..Service at drive-thru was lackluster at best. Won’t go there again. Oh and some of the employees were sitting right outside by the entry door smoking cigarettes. Not good at all.

We waited in line over a half hour. Not good experience. Food was Luke warm. Tots were falling apart and we each maybe had 10 tots. And the chicken did not taste right. As soon as I got home which was another hour and a half away I sent an email I sent another email and we still have not heard from them we paid 1369. And I want my money refunded sorry we were the last customers in line and your people wanted to go home

Waited nearly thirty minutes at the drive thru window. Had to tell the girl what drinks she forgot after she finally returned to the window. The food was luke warm at best, and had a disgusting amount of ketchup on the burgers. To top it off, my kid got sick from her meal. So, really great place to stop on the way through

The food is gone down in the last year. Staff in the drive thru very rude and if you eat inside you get side-eyed and glared at. They always seem to have some kind of joke or comment about customers but instead of going in the back and making them they will do it outright infront of other customers. Also last time I bought an order of stuffed mushrooms they were undercooked and I only got 5 in the whole package. I was informed that’s how they come.
