It is my first time here, and this place is amazing! I ordered seafood, shrimp fried rice, fried fish, wings, and egg roll. The foods are incredibly delicious! But what I really love the most is the OYSTERS! A lemon on is just perfection. I regret not trying Jimmy’s seafood before, this eatery is a bomb!! Definitely we will come back

MOBILE!!! JIMMY’S SEAFOOD IS THE BEST KEPT SECRET THIS CITY HAS!!! If you like cooked to order seafood with a hostess with the best customer service attitude in customer service, you have got to try Jimmy’s. Heads up…the parking lot is always congested because they are always busy! To accommodate, they do accept call in orders. Awesome lunch specials!

Not impressed. Shrimp is not very fresh. The oil smelled a bit over used. Fried okra was not to par and the oil smelled Over used. Fries seemed fried from frozen. Prices are cheap. Restaurant dining room is un appealing.

We were so excited when we found out that this place was opening near our business. Since it has opened, I have tried to support them but each time I order, the food has been very disappointing. Yes, I kept ordering in hopes that it would get better because they are so nice there. However, today, the shrimp fried rice that I ordered had a burnt taste to it. The shrimp were bland, the egg roll was old and dried up. The sauce had a funny taste to it. I’m very disappointed because I spent my last on that horrible lunch. Each time that I go, the fried seafood is overly breaded and without a good seasoning. Nothing ever taste fresh. The last wings that I ordered were very dry and did not seem to be freshly cooked. Serving seafood should have a fresh taste to it. The oysters that I ordered one time, were chewy and completely lost in the breading. Please accept this review as a sincere plea to stop and revamp your kitchen and the food that you serve. It is not good. Your location is convenient and your customer service is good but the food is horrible. I tried.

I asked my team if they wanted to check out a seafood place near University Hospital and they met me up there. There was a little wait but the lady who took our order was very nice and recommended lunch specials that they’re offering. The price is very inexpensive for the portion you’re getting. I opted in the 2 fried catfish filets and fries. Seasoned very well and delicious. I know where to go for some good fried seafood and it’s down the street from my office.
