Let me start off by saying the manager that works at this location is the worst I have ever worked with at a pizza location. She is rude, loud, disrespectful and lies. This franchise location is dirty, and gross everywhere you look. She treats her employees like trash. She needs to be addressed and let for the sake of this location. She thinks she can speak to customers any way she wants because of her title. I would enjoy speaking and address my concerns with her outside of papa johns.

Ordered for delivery, 7 items, waited an hour before the food showed up, then it was only 3 boxes out of 7 that came. Called store and complained, was told by the manager that they would remake the whole order and send it again, waited an hour again(so up at 2 hours now and have hungry kids) after an hour food shows up but instead of it being the whole order as the manager said, it was just the items they had forgotten, no refunds, no discounts, no coupons, just wait forever for food. Won’t be ordering from them again anytime soon, we used to order almost every other week but not anymore. Zero stars!

I want to give them a five star as the ingredients are always fresh and delicious, but they can’t seem to get my order right on getting square cut. It’s annoying to have to always have them check and find out it’s not square cut. They do offer to make you another pizza, but that takes an additional 10-15 minutes to get. If they can get the square cut orders right, I’ll gladly update to give stars!

My new favorite thin crust. I was worried it would be spicy because the box eluded to it. Some thin crust pizzas can shred the inside of your mouth they are so thin and crisp. This one was just the right thickness and not too crisp. Great taste too with 2 toppings, mushroom and sausage.

Lived here over 20 years and I never had a problem ordering from this place. I especially like the pizza crust ends that act like breadsticks. They even include the garlic dipping sauce to accommodate. Yummy.
