I ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza. As we were eating, we noticed the dough was extremely thin. So since we haven’t ordered from here in a while (because of previous orders that were messed up) we thought maybe they changed the way they make the dough. So I honestly do not like to complain, but this pizza was $38. So I called and of course same thing as always they do not take accountability. The manager on shift tried to make an excuse about why the pizza was like that etc etc. So, long story short, I said can you just give me another pizza. So they did, but instead of sending someone out right away with the new one that THEY fd up, they make us wait another 40 minutes!!! And she said it in a way where she figured I would say forget it, we will just keep the pizza we have. I thought that was extremely rude and bad business. I understand they have other orders, but really, you’re the one that messed up our order, and we already waited 40 minutes for the first pizza, and now we have to wait another 40. Now I clearly remember why I stopped being a customer. They are very rude and the workers have very bad customer service. And they always try to justify their mistakes. I would have had more respect for them if they apologized and made it right without having an attitude. After all, I am the reason you have a job.

I went in just before closing to get my granddaughter 2 slices of their pizza which by the way is the best pizza in town, but they told me they were closing and didn’t have any slices left then they said they could make it for me if I waited 10 to 15 minutes. So I paid $10.00 and said I’d wait. He then realized he had a couple of boxes that had left over slices and gave me both boxes for the $10. The best part. I didn’t realize I had left my wallet on the counter and the next day a handsome young man came knocking on my door with my wallet. Said he was the owners son and that he got my address from my license and that everything was still there. I was so happy that I feel I didn’t give him a proper thank you. So I want to thank him for his honesty. I want him and his dad to know how much I appreciate their integrity and willingness to do the right thing. The pizza was as always, perfect and so was the service.

This location is takeout/delivery only, so we ended up eating in the car.☹️ Picasso’s is our favorite Buffalo pizza, but at this time, at this location, we felt there was too much cheese. Still really, really good! The sauce is really great.

love picassos. always a treat. I only have 2 gripes with this place. the first is that the food can be a bit inconsistent BUT even when they’re off their game they’re still among the best. the second, much bigger one, is the way they proclaim “we are Buffalo pizza” but only have locations in the suburbs. I’d be able to eat here a lot more often if they had a location in the city. but hey, I’ll take what I can get.

So first off they got rid of their famous fried dough. I cannot believe this and I’m completely distraught over this! Next, the girl inside was very rude about not having a mask. Sorry I don’t wear a mask but you were very rude about it. Told me to go out to my car and call. Was then put on hold. About 6 minutes later this poor girl was bringing the food out, struggled with the door, almost dropped the food. Then she struggled lifting it to the window on my truck. I apologized to her and felt terrible that they made her do it. So getting to the food. It was delicious as usual. Pizza was perfect. Wings were good, but not as hot as they should have been. Hot BBQ flavor was prefect. The cinnamon breadsticks were not very good.

I have been consistently ordering atleast 2-3 times a week past 2 years while also encouraging others to buy as well at the work place. The customer service and quality has just gotten worse through out this time and while before it was a few random occasions with hair found, now 3 orders in a row there has been hair in the pizza . The worse part is when problem was reported there was no sorry or any indication the problem will be dealt with. I only took picture of the one time a few hairs were baked into the dough. Another time there was a gray hair and another time a hair baked into the pepperoni.
