We haven’t ordered from Papa John’s in over a year, because we weren’t having good experiences with food quality. I am pleased to say that seems to have changed. We took a chance to order tonight, and the pizza, wings and service were excellent. I needed to speak with the manager, and although they were busy, he was very pleasant and took care of my request right away. The girl who delivered our order was very nice as well. She also rang the doorbell as requested (you might be surprised how many delivery people do not!).

I had the worst experience with the Papa John’s located at 3460 Sunset Rd Suite U, Las Vegas, NV 89120 last night. I ordered online via the Papa John’s website and my food was going to be delivered by Door Dash instead of a Papa John’s, which is only about one mile away. The delivery driver thought it was best to turn it into a 3 mile drive. The driver couldn’t even locate my house so I had to walk down the street to meet them. Once I got my food it was cold and look like it went on a roller coaster ride. When I called Papa John’s to complain the manager told me that she can’t give me a refund or exchange my pizza because I had to contact Door Dash since I placed the order with them. I tried to explain to her that I didn’t place the order with Door dash but she decided she didn’t want to hear anything then she hung up on me.

I haven’t ordered Papa Johns in over 6 months. Last time I ordered, pizza was dry and cold. The time before that, pizza was burnt. I was really disappointed because Papa Johns has been my favorite since I was a teen.

Ordered online (1 lrg Pizza w/Pepp, Bacon Ranch Bites). Pizza was soggy/greasy on bottom of box when specifically asked for “well done”. Bacon ranch bites were literally DOUGHY! Not edible to eat. I called to request for refund first thing. Only can issue free Pizza coupon of Pizza bought but Bacon Ranch Bites. Please I don’t recommend!

The WORST Customer Service EVER! I had an issue with my order (items missing) when I called the store to address it the lady was very rude and cut my off . Then proceeded to say it’s not their app having issues it’s “the user”. This is who Papa John’s wants representing their Brand?? That’s Customer Service? I’m a property manager of a Hotel and will not recommend. I have always loved Papa John’s but this has turned me away. I will not be promoting to my guests

I would have given 2 stars if you it was their driver. But fortunately it was doordash driver who screwed up my entire occasion. Nake sire when you order delivery you call them asap and advise them not to send it through doordash. Doordash driver marked my order as delivered when i had 6 kids waiting to eat. I ended up calling and picking up my order myself. Thanks you anthony and tony for correcting the mistake you both had no control of.
