We go to this location a couple times a week for milkshakes and/or smoothies but here lately it seems like the people working there could care less what they are handing out the window to their customers. This last visit, which was just about half an hour ago, my husband ordered a large chocolate shake and I ordered a medium mixed berry smoothie and both of them were warm, no exaggerating. I actually had to stop at the nearest gas station for a cup of ice to put in my smoothie. My hubby’s milkshake was pretty much a chocolate milk, room temperature at best. This isn’t the first time either. I’m pretty sure we won’t be going to that location anymore and it’s their loss cuz like I said, we go there at least two times a week religiously. We’ll take our money elsewhere.

Usually amazing but such a let down when you don’t order that many wraps, that chicken roasted pepper wrap is heaven in a small wrap for $6 and everytime I want one they are always sold out because of how good they are, order double and I’ll literally buy them all you’ll be making me money please order double. Love you.
