The here Casey’s in Osage Beach is one of the best gas station/ convenience stores in the area. For starters the parking lot is accessible from three different places and there is ample parking space. The bathrooms are nice and clean. The pizza warmer is always stocked with good fresh pizza with plenty of options. Whether you are needing fuel, a meal, or just simply a rest stop, Casey’s is the place to go. With friendly staff and quick checkout you are almost certain to be satisfied. Their chicken tenders are the best. If you’re looking for sweets Casey’s has fresh made filled donuts ready to go along with many other options of sweet snacks, candy, and ice cream A wide variety of drinks, ice coffee, fresh coffee, and more. Chips, beef jerky, and other snacks. Almost everything the stock is in the name brand as well as a ” house” brand.

This place always has very large lines. They have 2 registers and hardly ever use the 2nd register. They let lines get up to 7-10 people and even then they don’t open the 2nd register. You want a quick transaction? Not here. The manager is honestly terrible at doing just that, managing. One time there was 7 people in line, you think “maybe the 2nd register is down” nope, manager proceeds to use the restroom while the other employee gets ON THE 2ND REGISTER. I was blown away at the stupidity. They have workers just standing around watching you wait in line.

Absolutely unreal. The individual “working” the pizza counter was literally throwing things around the kitchen, cussing at orders, screaming at the machinery, disregarding all basic cleanliness for pizzas being made…basically losing their mind. No manager on duty to deal with the tantrum being thrown nor to process a refund. Proceed at your own risk.

The rudest employees I have ever dealt with, gave me a hard time about buying nicotine and paying separate for a coworker. Didn’t even check my ID or scan it and proceeded to tell me I should have lied about buying them for a coworker. I’m not dishonest so why would I lie? Will definitely choose other gas stations from now on. And yes they let me buy the three for myself WITHOUT checking my ID.

This Casey’s use to be one of the nicest best Casey’s around I have been going in there since it was first open. Everyone that came through the door use to get greeted now you get a blank stair and no words. No one working in there can remember who you are you can go in every morning and be forgotten everyday. I don’t mind getting carded at all but not in the morning and then we lunch then last 6 times I’ve been in there. It has gone down hill over the years.

Something is ALWAY broken….the one cashier is not friendly at all. And this is the only place I know that’s their truck parks right in front of the main doors. I refuse to go there anymore…they had a sign up for cash only…once again something is always broken! If things don’t work then don’t open the store until it’s fixed.

I have stopped here many times. The store inside and out is always well taken care of and clean including the restrooms. They have prepared foods hot and fresh. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. During the busy times you’re almost always in and out quick. I have nothing negative to say and I can be picky sometimes. They always have what I need. It’s an awesome stop!
