Omg! I ordered the Trio Box advertised on T.V. I was so excited to try it out. It was a take-out nightmare. The pizza was cold but the box was warm . The crust was hard and toppings were scarce. I paid for extra toppings by the way. The cinnamon rolls were halariously tiny and I thought that they were oysters. The bread sticks where the only part of the deal that was great. They were soft & edible , unlike the pizza’s crust . I will not patronize this store Ever…

We been trying to order the big flavor dipper always unavailable? And the other pizza Hut doesn’t deliver to a house in the same city? Makes no sense. But finally when we was able to order it. Easily the worse service ever. And the pizza here is delivered cold. Received an order here twice and the first time was decent but cold items. This second time was even worse as they didn’t even deliver my pizza nor call my phone. The manager Monica is easily the worse manager I have ever spoken to lied directly on the call. Of course I was frustrated so I did become a little rude when I found out she was lying to me stating that her driver called me but never actually did. When I said I want a new order she said no you have to remake your order or get the cold food you ordered. Had to order dominoes after such horrible service. I expect more from a yum brands company. As you can see in my call log only outcalls and no in calls.

The young man gave me two pizzas but I only ordered one. He kept insisting that it was my order. I even went to the car with both pizzas but he ran out and finally acknowledged that he was at fault. I then got my actual correct order.
