I don’t usually give negative reviews in the event of a one off but this place is consistently the absolute worst fast food joint Ive ever visited and it’s been that way for years. The food is usually old and cold, they’ll straight up ignore you at the speaker for over 5 minutes whether there’s a line or no one in front of you, and they’ll over charge you. I’ve tried to go back numerous times to see if it’s changed and it hasn’t. I don’t recommend this spot especially if you’re in a hurry.

Just terrible all the way around. Waited more than 5 minutes with the workers looking at me but no one jumped to take my order. Then I repeated my order three times for him to still get it wrong. Try to pass me a hard cookie that was extra greasy on the package. He gave me a different one and it was mediocre. Definitely in need of new management and staff

Slow to take order, slow to fill order, but make it up in rudness. Smash bag, open window, slam window closed. Questions answered with as much excess attitude as there is excess catsup on the burger. Get a capable manager. You’ve lost another customer.

Over the past few months the service has been getting slower and customer service has gone down the drain. I’ve been trying to ignore it but I can’t take it anymore. The workers are rude, the fries, while hot, are always plain and never salted, and the sandwiches look slapped together most of the time. The food isn’t completely terrible, but I can no longer get over the rudeness of the girls at the window. I’ll take a break from this spot for a while and see it things improve in the future, but for right now my money is going somewhere else.

My experience was horrible. The staff were cursing up a storm while I was placing my order, knowing the microphone was on and I could hear them. My order was messed up and I had to re-order at the window. At which point I was running late to work because they were taking so long. After re-taking my order, they somehow managed to mess it up again. I had to pay 3 different times because they kept missing the items I was ordering. The staff were rude and basically threw my food at me when “handing” it to me. I will never come back to this Wendys again.
