Never make the mistake of going here! We waited for 40 minutes in the drive thru line. I wish that was an exaggeration. There were only 5 cars in line. By the time we got to the window to get our food, the people preparing our order asked what we got. They weren’t trying to be speedy, and catch up. I’ve actually never seen people move as slow as they did. There was no “sorry for your wait”. The 4 people I witnessed working inside could care less. They had their 32oz qt soda and giant frozen frappe from another restaurant sitting in plain site while they prepared our food. Only one person worked to get the food ready. The others acted like it wasn’t their job so they didn’t need to help. They handed us our order and they had thrown the sides in. They would have spilled it everywhere if it wasn’t old hardened food. The Mac and cheese was just a clump of melted shredded cheese, hardly any noodles could be found in it. To top it off, it was only 1/4 of the way full. The picture is of the Mac and cheese before we ate any of it. We will next return.

Ridiculous for sure! Went to this Popeyes on Friday at 9:10PM went in to place togo order! But one of the employee told us “Lobby closed!!!” Which not true because business hours posted by the door legally says 10AM – 10PM and posted different for the drive thru hours! From 9:10PM to 10PM still far out over 30 minutes, that employee she was so rude and just keep yelling “Lobby closed” for 2-3 times like we were deaf or something. We actually shocked seeing still have some people working in the kitchen and the time not even 10PM plus got yelled. We wonder?!! Is this a real “Popeyes” customer service??? I think Popeyes corporate office needs to look deep into this store! How Popeyes able to have a loyal customers if your store able to open and close whatever time the employees like and not follow the proper business hours the Popeyes puts in for public?!

Food and service ok. Restaurant looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a week. All trash cans inside and outside overflowing. Looked like 2 or 3 people working the place during dinner rushe hour. My biggest complaint was the restroom. I couldn’t belive how bad it was. Looking at the pics I took it was not cleaned in a long long time. Soooo gross! I usually don’t post pics but this was that bad.

If you enjoy Popeyes chicken, avoid this location. Always out of chicken, always fulfills order wrong. Wait time for drive thru is is 10 minutes or above. Employees can’t count to 5 as I’ve never received the 5 tenders. The longer this location is open the worse it gets

It took about 10min for anyone to answer through the microphone (and that was only after I called out to them). There are 4 vehicles in line now and the line hasn’t moved in 20+min (that’s just how long I’ve been waiting). There was an additional 15min wait once I got to the window as they were just then dropping my order.

They are wayyyyyy understaffed and keep the dining room door locked because they are overwhelmed. Corporate needs to figure out how to make their restaurants work better. Popeyes has such good food but none of them are run well. I don’t know who is in charge of overseeing them but they need to find someone who knows how restaurants operate.

I’m thrilled to finally be able to give this place a five-star rating after so many disappointing visits in the past. Tonight I was greeted quickly in the drive-thru by a friendly server. My order was ready in just a few minutes, and the food was well-prepared and delivered by a smiling employee. Whew! I was prepared to pitch a fit as I’ve often felt like doing but there was absolutely nothing to complain about tonight. Well done, Popeye’s! I’ll be back!

I pulled onto the lot at 4:20 in afternoon and there were no other customers. Employees were outside and one employee found a bag of zip ties which all of the employees seemed to be in awe of. One of the employees followed me inside and went directly to the cash register and asked if he could start me off with anything. I almost replied “ Yes, start by washing your hands!” But instead I opted to leave. No point in risking my health over something I can’t control if it’s not being enforced, which obviously it isn’t or this particular employee hasn’t gotten the memo.
