I’m so glad I decided to check this place out! There was no wait, and the service was fast, friendly, and attentive. I got the Hickory Grilled Moonshine Chicken, with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The chicken was juicy, and it was topped with pineapple slices that perfectly complemented the dryness of the chicken breasts. The meal came with warm, soft, and delicious bread. The meal came with the all-you-can-eat salad bar, and there were so many options for toppings and ingredients! I’m not a big salad expert, and there were choices I’d never even seen before. This place is definitely must-visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting or staying in Gatlinburg!

Food was delicious but a bit pricey. The salad bar was fresh and full of anything imaginable for your salad. Staff was friendly. The taxidermy didn’t bother me esp since most of it looked fake.

We came here last minute idea on a Saturday night. We had 8 ppl and we were walking the strip and wanted to find somewhere to eat and we called and they got us in in 30 minutes. Service was better than great, they were on top of it. The salad bar was the best one I’ve had yet everything was so fresh and I made the most delicious salad. All of our food was great, nobody had any complaints. I like the outdoorsy feel going on in there cause that’s kind of the vibe you want when you come to visit. All around 10/10 no question

I thought the salad bar would have more selection. $20 for a cup of soup and salad. It’s decent. The cup of soup was small but tasted good. My husband loved his moonshine chicken sandwich. It has a really good flavor. Service was ok our waitress disappeared. Another server came over and gave us the check because he noticed she was missing.

The interior of the building is very nice — not a huge fan of all the taxidermy on the walls, but aside from that I enjoyed the rustic feel. It was very fitting for being so close to a trailhead for the Appalachian Trail in Tennessee.

I picked this place for dinner tonight and made reservations. The service was great and our waiter was attentive. The food was really good. We had the fried chicken skins, pork chop, ribeye, nanner pudding and the salad bar comes with every entree.I highly recommend the nanner pudding. My only issues was that we never got any bread, we were charged for a cobbler we didn’t order but that was fixed immediately and the reservation said we had a birthday in our group but no one addressed if they do anything special.

We visited on a Monday at 7pm with no wait time. Great salad bar and rolls while you wait. I ordered salmon and my husband ordered rainbow trout. We both enjoyed our meals and will visit again on our next trip to Gatlinburg.

Fantastic trout. The service by Don and Jackie were 1st class. Both were an absolute delight. They treated myself and my children with kindness and dignity. As a mother I’m usually rushed in and out since I have small children but they both smiled at my children and seemed happy to have them. Park Grill whatever you do, don’t let Don and Jackie go for any reason. Also, parents the pricing on their kids meals *chef’s kiss* perfect. My children loved the salad bar. I will be back!

This was our first time to Park Grill. It was a very pleasant experience. We arrived only minutes before our reservations and were seated promptly. Service was very good. Food was delicious! We had several Friends with us…it was everyone’s first time dining here and we all talked about how much we enjoyed it and that we will all be back when visiting the area. My only complaint was how the jack Daniel’s creme brulee was “pre-prepared”. Minor, personal opinion.
