My fiancé came here on 5/11/23 at around 1:30am we ordered a #2 combo and a nacho bell grande all of which came too me with half a scoop of taco meat spread all a crossed the items. My nacho bel grande came with 3 crumbs of meat and mostly just beans cheese and tomato and chips. Thanks for the chips and cheese with re fried beans lol. We usually have a good experience with the day shift bite it seems like closing shift don’t care too much !!!

Depending on the workers…the experience is hit or miss. They usually get my mobile order right, 60 percent of the time. So, that’s a plus. I can happily say it’s one of the better taco bells, though they need to work on food quality more.

This is by far my all time favorite Taco Bell ever. The food is always perfect and the staff is so nice. Tonight I had the most pleasant experience with an employee, I didn’t catch her name but she has curly red head and glasses and she deserves recognition! Thank you!

Ordered 4 items. Didn’t give me two. Called to ask if I could drive back and come inside and pick it up – was told yes. Got there with a huge line & the front doors locked. Called again & asked if I had to wait in line & was told yes. Then when I arrived to order I got malled by the person who was taking my order. Then threatened to not serve me & tried instigate an argument that I didn’t allow happen. The lady was very rude and cruel & she definitely overstepped. I never was mean throughout the entire thing. Once I received my food I didn’t even get an apology. Something there needs to change.

As a past RGM of this location, I’m very sad to see how drastic this location has changed from when I left. Every time I come through the drive thru, my order is always either missing something or my potatoes and fries are rock hard and never served within the 30 minute timer it’s supposed to be. The only reason to come back here is so I don’t have to drive an extra 15 minutes to go all the way to Walker and actually get what was ordered and made correctly. My visits are usually in the late day/night (5p-the rest of the night). Judging from others reviews as well from this time period, it’s mainly the night time staff that’s the issue. Why even keep them hired? I get you need staff but they’re ruining this location for sounds like most of the customer base that visits.

This taco bell SUCKS. The staff isn’t rude or anything, there are nice people here except for the teenagers who ignore people that are waiting to place an order. It took them 15 minutes to get my food, not just one time, but all 3 times I’ve been here.

Walked up to the door, and it said it was closing early for kitchen work a 9pm, then sign below said closed. The door was still unlocked, so I went in and they were still. Placed an order for dine in, and it felt like forever for food to get done. Took about 15 to 20 min wait. They locked up before 9pm. This location is not the greatest when it comes to fast food or service. No wonder they have 2 stars.

Pretty abysmal food. Been there several times. DO NOT ORDER THE CINNAMON TWISTS. I love cinnamon twists normally but the last 3 times there has been little to no cinnamon sugar so youre essentially eating puffed air. The other food is pretty hit or miss. This time was just bad with sauce everywhere, chicken just falling into the bag and not even in the wrap. Go to the taco bell in standale.

Skip this location late night. Most of the time will only accept cash for some reason and that’s if they even take your order. Two nights in a row we waited in line to see the cars ahead of us place their orders only to be told at the speaker their system is all of the sudden down and can no longer take orders. TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW!!
