I ordered cinnamon buns, but they came with no frosting! It was really irritating. I had to pay DoorDash $20 to get another one for my pregnant wife. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t put frosting on it. It just doesn’t make any sense.

I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in a long time so I decided to have dinner there and try the salad bar. It was not as fresh as they used to have it and I told my server that they were out of cucumbers and he did nothing about it. I think the place is going downhill quite a bit and it’s sad because I used to love their salad bar.

Pizzas and bread sticks tasted awesome and wonderful. Our taste buds were satisfied. Our order was beyond our expectations. We were all stuffed and plenty of leftovers for another meal. We have been ordering the dinner box, substituting regular bread sticks for the cinnamon bread sticks at least 5 times in the last 6 months. Today when we went in to order it, the “shift manager” Jeremy was very rude and said we don’t substitute on this item, and when my husband said that we had been doing this for months, he basically yelled at my husband and said they were wrong! And then turned his back on him. I tried to go to the Pizza Hut website to “contact us” but it’s an endless loop, no way to communicate.

My pizza was delivered room temperature, not warm, not hot. The bottom of the box wasn’t even warm pieces of pizza. All shuffled around driver’s showed app 22 minutes after estimated time to delivery sweating profusely.

Visited with my 4 yo son, ordered large cheese pizza. Waited 25 minutes. Cost $10.59. Taste was fairly good. We were allowed to dine in. Workers wore masks and so did we. Half of dining area is not available. Workers were cheerful and helpful. They gave us plates and napkins.
