This location always undercooks food. We have ordered from here multiple times and given them so many chances. I always put well done in my order and 90% of the time it’s undercooked/raw. Placed an order tonight because we didn’t want to cook and from the time my order was placed to when I got notified that my pizza was out of the oven was 5 minutes, maybe 6 minutes max. That is nowhere near long enough for a well done pizza. When the food was delivered the pizza was clearly not well done and the brownie/cookie was raw!! It’s especially frustrating being pregnant because eating raw dough and cookie/brownies isn’t good which is why I always request well done. I’ve wasted so much money at this location, this will be my last time ordering.

Inedible sandwich. Ordered one of the chicken sandwiches and it came with bacon, Domino’s decided instead of bacon THICK LARGE chunks of fat would be better. Took two bites before trying to just pick off all the bacon but ended up just totally disgusted and lost my appetite.

The pizza was fine, but the customer service was bad. They couldn’t properly take a name down being corrected twice and seemed to have no interest taking the order. Luckily picking up a pizza you don’t have to further interact with people who lack basic customer service skills.

On 03/23, I mistakenly placed an order for my husband who is working at a construction site on Camp Lejeune. I received a call from our driver Zack stating that they didn’t deliver to that specific portion of the base, Zach reached out to his manager Ace who in turn called the correct Dominos on Holcomb Blvd, Camp Lejeune. I could hear him call out my order while on the phone with Zack and after I spoke with that location to give them my c.c. #, his pizza is on the way. Everyone involved with this situation are shining representatives of the Dominos organization! Zack’s sharp eye and dedication to great customer service and Ace’s intervention saved the day! Please pass along our sincere gratitude to both of these gentlemen!

I ordered a 5 topping pizza and the pizza only came with 2 toppings. In total their was 6 peaces of sausage and 4 peaces of chicken. When I asked if this was normal the employee behined the counter said “welcome to capitalism”.
