Stopped by for something different than burgers and deep fried stuff. Ordering was very easy and I went with the crab legs/shrimp/sausage combo with lemon pepper (the least salty option). Service was quick and efficient, food arrived super fast and it was a nice, satisfying meal. Would not recommend other seasonings if you have high blood pressure.

Today was my 2nd time to The Mighty Crab in a week – I was there 7 days ago for an EXCELLENT meal that was a pound of crab legs, half pound each of scallops and shrimp. My choice was medium spice with garlic butter. I was very happy. So happy that I went back today (7 days later) with four of my friends. Uh, oh! Not such good results today. I had a similar selection but a pound of shrimp plus a half pound each of scallops and sausage. With the same medium spiciness and garlic butter. My friends all had the same seasoning (one had Cajun seasoning and medium heat) with shrimp and sausage. Everyone’s was SOOOO HOT (spicy) that we had a hard time eating everything. I brought about half of mine home. To boot, our waiter was mostly MIA and we were drinking water and tea like crazy trying to deal with the heat. The difference in my plate visually from last week and this week was a huge amount of what was a powdered spice/seasoning. Last week I saw very little of that and just pieces of garlic and the melted butter. The waiter seemed unconcerned. It appeared (my guess) that the kitchen help might have seasoned them all with Cajun spice and way over did it. My pics are from today and last week (last week’s had the crab legs). Very disappointing. It will be a while before I go back again. Sorry.

Great place to grab a boil and drinks. I’m sure they have other great food but I had the shrimp, potatoes, corn and sausage. You get to pick your seasoning and I went with Cajun and also you get to dial in the heat (I went medium). It wasn’t too hot and just right I thought. If you have a thing for heat, you can turn it up! If not, you can dial it down or even turn it off. Cool decor and nice atmosphere. You’ll def want to check it out

Our waitress was fantastic and the food was amazing. The portions are really big as well. The alcohol was pretty well mixed, though I’m not much of a drinker, so I like that I couldn’t tell I was drinking alcohol. I got their fried shrimp and they were perfect. They also have boiled eggs, so that’s pretty cool. All in all, it was a 10/10 for me.

Most awesome seafood place. They have a peculiar way to serve their daily specials, inside an air tight bag to preserve the condiments. The staff is attentive and friendly. The prices are fair. The locale is clean and tastefully decorated. A place that one could go alone, in a date, or in a group and have a memorable time enjoying a seafood feast.

The waitress was very sweet. The fried shrimp was good. Next time I will definitely get my boiled shrimp more spicy! Nice selection of teas. The macaroni wasn’t the best, but I added the spice from the boiled shrimp bag to it, and it was delicious. I hope to go again and try more items.

Came into town from the Ozarks for a visit with best friend and my daughter. Being I’m originally from the gulf I was craving some good seafood…so we went to mighty crab for the 1st time. We all ordered the steam pots that came with crawfish..crab legs and shrimp..Everything was cooked to perfection!!! It was the best I’ve ever had! You also can pick your heat level! Also your choice of flavored juice..like garlic butter..lemon pepper and more! Our server (destiny) was spot on point!!! We even came in a bit late..we will be returning there on the 31st of july.. I highly recommend that you don’t pass up this place..I’ll be getting an extra steam pot to take back home with me!! This place is amazing!!!!!!! 1 tip…order your heat level one step milder than your usual! The mild was perfect for us…it’s like getting medium heat…see ya soon destiny and staff!

(1) If you do not like a very fishy taste in your fried fish and shrimp this might not be the place for you. It was extremely fishy tasting, to the point that I couldn’t eat it.

Not sure if we will return or not. Food was good and service was good. Only problem was employees should be aware of cleanliness. I’m sure the owners would love to maximize profits instead of paying fines caused by lazy employees. We did not enjoy sitting 6 feet from this garbage eating our meal. We were there about an hour and no effort to clean this up was made. Employees actually added garbage to this as we ate.
