Fast, friendly service! Great price! Food was great! THE TEMPERATURE INSIDE OF THE LOBBY WAS 100°!!! I COULD NOT SIT AND FINISH MY FOOD! I HAD TO GET UP AND LEAVE! I DO NOT KNOW HOW THE WORKERS COULD STAND BEING IN THERE! I GUESS THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS BROKEN!

I just called to speak with a manager that I thought still worked there . I got hung up on twice before I could even finish asking the questions I needed to know answers to . I finally got a name to who I was speaking to and her name was Marci. She was very rude and disrespectful didn’t seem to want to be there . Or happy about being there . The customer service I received was discussing.. Which brings me to the reason I called my mother went through drive through. Received and burger got home went to bite into it and pulled a hair out of her mouth which was hanging with Parton the burger. Which instant regrets she began to throw up profusely. I don’t want to be reimbursed or my good replaced who know what else is in the food . I have went into this restaurant but the service is so bad I never eat there only my mother. I half to say the head manager at this place needs to be retrained on customer service and proper food handling. This store needs help . I wish for no one to ever lose there income but at this point. I think extreme measures need to be taken before this place get sued for a lot of money

CLEAN YOUR DINING ROOM TABLES!! I rarely stop out to eat, but the hubby wanted a breakfast biscuit. Every table in the dining room was dirty and the floor was sticky.

Inside is closed, only drive thru. Employees seemed really inconvenienced that we wanted to place 3 separate orders through the drive thru. Then they handed us all three orders at the same time and we asked, “which order is in which bag?” They just smiled and said nothing. I remember when this Hardee’s was decent, now it’s just trash.

The dining room was closed so couldn’t tell you if the food was good. I refuse to go through the drive-thru if I wanted to go in side to eat, I would rather go somewhere else just out of principle. If you aren’t going to open the inside, put out a big sign. I watched 4 other possible customers just leave because they couldn’t go inside, while I wrote this review.

I ordered 3 big hot ham and cheese sandwiches, 1 medium order of onion rings, and 2 medium orders of fries and there was NOTHING hot about any of it!!! Maybe luke warm at best. Total waste of $31.29. Too bad gas is so much or I’d have brought it back and gotten my money back. Y’all should be ashamed
