I had the all-you-can-eat sushi. It was pretty good. I would say the food was mid level quality, but it was good for the price – total $16.74 with tax. I would also like to note that although there are many sushi restaurants in the Jackson area, this was the first I found to offer unlimited sushi. Service was good. My table stayed clean as I cleaned off plates. I also like that they do not bring large portions, which gives you the chance to try many different sushi rolls without waisting anything. The restaurant was a little smaller and stayed busy while I was there, but it had a decent atmosphere, though. Parking outside is tight, especially if you have a large truck. Also, I noticed a lady in an electric wheelchair that seemed to maneuver in and to her table with no trouble. Overall- food was decent; service was good; staff was friendly; place was clean.

Terrible food and even worse customer service. I ordered a Diet Coke and when it was brought out, it was flat. I politely let the server know it was flat to which she smirked and asked if I wanted water instead. I asked her if it was possible for them to change out the Diet Coke for another one and she rudely told me no. Also, when my food came out it was disgustingly greasy and inedible. I literally took one bite and didn’t touch the rest of the plate. Instead of the server asking if my food was okay, I was asked if I wanted a box which I declined. I’ll gladly never come back here again.

It’s the racism for me. Not me being excited to get sushi and getting treated like trash. We were waiting FOREVER to be served but other customers were getting served immediately. And we won’t talk about getting IGNORED. When they weren’t ignoring us they were staring with their arms crossed. The Miso was watered down and the sushi was warm. I get better quality sushi from the HEB in my hometown. Wouldn’t recommend especially if you have any amount of melanin.

To start off, let me say that Sushi Village has been a go to spot of ours for years. A group of mine visit probably once or twice a month. As of today, we will not be coming back. First, we found gunk on the top of one straw, probably because they were unwrapped and dirty. We asked for another and the waiter brought back a new straw, unwrapped, directly to us. No gloves. Why are the straws loose? This is not the house…

First time here, had shrimp+udon soup and a la cart yellowtail + red snapper. Amazing! Loved the food, atmosphere+lighting and the service was top notch, I highly recommend this restaurant!
