Top notch customer service! I ordered a dozen pizzas (all different kinds) and hot wings for our office party. There was an issue with the delivery, but the manager reached out to me immediately and more than made things right. Also, everything was delicious – and at a great price. We will definitely use this Domino’s again!

I ordered my super bowl order 4 hours before kickoff for what I new would be 10 hungry 16 year olds for delivery at 6:30pm kickoff. 7pm I get an email saying your order had been canceled. With somewhat of a short fuse, I called the store with my blood boiling. Not necessary on my part and working daily on that 🙂 Meanwhile, Dave, answered the phone, and i slam my frustration and what happened. Calm and cool, he was not phased and said the perfect thing: I’m not sure what happened but I can get you an order delivered in 35 minutes. I went from 60 to 5mph in a second and said: Dave you are a cool cat and awesome. On super bowl night, I’d have never thought he could recover and I pictured myself running out to Giant missing 1/4 of the game. Not when Super Dave is on it. I’m writing this before the food gets here but I trust in Dave. My bigger concern is how in the world this could happens. Makes me wonder if I’ll ever order online with Dominoes but will certainly order on the phone. Update, they actually got my order here in 34 minutes and it was piping hot.

The staff is very professional, courteous and nice to talk to. The order is never late as per the tracker and expected time. I never had any mixed up in my order or lost or incorrect items provided… The pizzas have been great, however the veggie sandwich we ordered one-time was not so great but I ignore that part as an outlier compared to rest of the awesome experience we had with this store. Thanks to the staff!
