Had the Ranchero Breakfast Burrito to start the day. A bit messy but tasty with fried eggs, and I think their huevos rancheros sauce. Beans and rice are also in the burrito. This is not a burrito to eat while driving. I liked that it was served with a small side of chips and their green or red salsa (I preferred the green).

This is probably the best Mexican food place I’ve ever had! The taquitos are so good! I usually never review places, but this place deserves it! My boyfriend loved the enchiladas as well.

First visit. Quick pit stop in Glendora. Surprisingly the food was great, with large portions and friendly service. Has limited eating inside seating and an outdoor patio. Several people eating but got a table for five.

I have been through the drive-thru a few times. My favorite items are the bean&cheese burrito, hard shell beef taco and taquitos with guacamole. And they are all included in the #1 Amigo box. Love the red and verde salsa.

I eat here frequently. I dont think the food is as great as many are raving about, however it’s a good value, a good menu and a convenient location. They have an assortment of specials. The cashiers are usually pretty friendly. I reccomend it

I want to update my initial review, this place has some star I teams in the menu that keep me coming back, like there crunchy tacos & taquitos! I would recommend for breakfast, lunch & dinner. I worked at El Amigo a couple of years ago & I can say first hand that this kitchen is CLEAN!! The meat is prepared when you order & rice is being made fresh 3x a day so you don’t get stuff that has been sitting out all day. Overall they have update there menu since I worked there & it looks AMAZING they added new combo deals

Review is for delivery: First time customer and will be back when craving hard tacos. My GF wanted chilaquiles, so we ordered the chilaquiles plate and two taco plate. Not what you would call traditional Mexican fare, but a mix which I am good with when craving hard tacos vs soft tacos. I saw some complaints about prices and I’m not in agreement with that. I thought they were fair, even though I probably paid more given most delivery app prices are higher than in store. Anyway, tacos had great flavor and lots of shredded beef. Came with beans and rice which was pretty good. I prefer my beans a little runnier and Spanish rice with more spice, but the flavors were there and fit the type of food i ordered. Chilaquiles was ordered with green sauce that had a kick to it with two sunny side up eggs, served with beans and potatoes. Was surprised about the potatoes, since the menu was not specific and my GF loves rice, but she ate from my plate so all is good. Potatoes could have been crispier, but my bad for not ordering them well done. But then again, had I known they came with potatoes instead of rice, I would have. The thing I liked the most was that they followed instructions for extra salsa, no onions with chilaquiles and pico on the side (because of the onions – my GF hates onions, but I love them)
