Hardees has no sense of urgency the service is slow, and this is supposed to be fast food. For the amount of time it took you would expect the food to be really good right nah all the biscuits were smashed flat the chicken was over cooked not a overall great breakfast experience this is probably the last time I will go to hardees. It could be really good but the quality of the work staff is to blame from management to the servers

Service was great at the drive thru. The food on the other hand was horrible. Fries fresh and hot the tinder were cold and well past needing to have the oil changed prior to cooking. Two 5piece tender combos turned into fries and a drink very quickly.

We ordered and paid $4.19 for two small coffees. At the dispenser the coffee was lukewarm, and there were no packets of creamer. The cashier did not address our concerns, instead choosing to flirt with a group of young customers and to completely ignore us. After an unacceptable delay we left without our coffee or a refund. Ridiculous. About as far from good customer service as you can get.

first time i ordered from here they completely forgot half my order. no type of compensation and I live 20 minutes away. This is the closest hardee’s. second time i ordered they gave me the complete wrong biscuit and when i went to tell them they took the wrong one and threw it away?? like let me keep it?? no other type of compensation. will definitely go to the one on Hull St if i’m in the mood for hardee’s next time.

They needed to change the oil!!! The fires were awful. I ordered two 5 pc tender meals and two big chicken fillet sandwiches. The sandwiches were not sandwiches they gave us a chicken patties in a box. SMH I asked for spirit drinks with no ice and got ice. The worse customer service ever!!!

I’m certainly pleased to have time to dine there, it’s customer friendly staff rank high on my list of other similar restaurants. Quality of food selections are very tasty and hat off to the two waitresses and the host, they greet and thank for dining. Oh, plenty seating, the booth are so comfortable and relaxing after my long commute from DC/NOVA.
