Please ask your employees to double or even triple check the orders before handing them out. I ordered a Balsamic Chicken salad and got BBQ sauce and some other weird sauce instead of the Balsamic dressing that it normally comes with. Very disappointing. I didn’t notice until I got back to work and didn’t have time to turn around. I love this place and want to keep coming back but all I get is that salad and now I fear I will get the wrong dressing again.

The EMPLOYEES they were outstanding, honestly those LADIES I believe they deserve a raise, the atmosphere was great vibing, food is so delicious. although I’ve noticed this specific location then the others is that this location air conditioning is horrible, honestly out of all the 10+yrs working in a restaurant businesses companies take care of their employers. Happy employees, happy customers. It is too HOT for these lady’s to be working under these conditions you have this insane heat coming from outside then on top of that heat coming from the flaptop that’s cooking the hot sandwiches and heat coming from other machines there. let alone have customers dine in, in this insane heat inside this store. To the company Capriotti’s RUN the air condition for these employees and especially the customers who would love to dine in or have to wait for their orders. Thank you

Ordering and picking up for a large baby shower I was giving. Great customer service great food! You guys are great! That’s why I gave $20 in “tips” or “gas money” when I ordered. And another $20 in “tips” aka gas money when I picked up! Thanks you all were awesome!

This is there Half Balsamic Chicken Salad. What a joke ask if that’s the amount of chicken it came with they said yes and if we wanted more that it would be “extra” never had a problem before at this location with there service but ask this bad experience don’t think I would be coming back to this location anytime soon.

I’ve had two disappointing sandwiches (Cheesesteak and Italian Sausage) at this location, and the second time my wife was with me and her sandwich (turkey “Bobbie”)was worse than mine. The ingredients taste “processed” and the bread on my wife’s sandwich was absolutely horrible, pale and stale. The owner seems nice enough, but the food isn’t worth the price being charged.

Cheyenne and Buffalo store is always on top of their game. They make it a snap for me to call in and order take out. On our cheat days we like a few places to choose and this on makes the top of the list for us. My Son goes Philly Cheese steak and I grab the Bobby. The Bobby is basically Thanksgiving dinner on a terrific 12 inch excellent bread. The combo of turkey along with saltiness of the stuffing and on top of that the sweetness of the the cranberries just make this sandwich a favorite for me. I call the order in, put my shoes on and leave and by time I get there it’s good to go.
