We enjoyed our whole experience. Food was delicious. We ordered appetizers and entrees. We never waited long for any of it. Our server Kalynn was fantastic. She checked on us and other tables. I hope this makes sense: she stayed busy but was never rushed in her demeanor. We never had to ask for a refill or napkins, she was mindful of our needs. Never been here before but we WILL be back.

First time at the Lumberton location… food was great, as expected! Spot was busy at 7ish. Very short wait and quick service. Wings nachos and drinks… simple and all we needed!!

The restaurant was clean. Not very busy customer wise. Ordered Teriyaki wings. Nicely done. Sauce wasn’t overwhelming. Sweet tea was good. Maybe a tad to sweet for some. Staff was very attentive. Would do a return visit.

Tried to call in an order for pickup, was told they stop orders over the phone at 9:30. Okay, then we show up at 9:40 to order inside to go, then was told we could not order our food due to the grill is turned off. We have ordered from here numerous times and never been denied service. Just want to let management know during hours of operation we should be able to order our food.

My advice is to never eat from this place. You order your food and they expect their customers to go back and get their own food. Two people waiting tables and not able to keep up. First screw up was the waitress that took our order got our order wrong, and our nachos was brought out with chicken when clearly was told steak. Secondly she’s running around with my credit card in her hand totally lost trying to take orders, and forgets to bring out to go order to the table that was to go. We drive 30 miles to go to this restaurant and because we didn’t get our to go order, management attempts to lay the blame on customers for not getting their order. Management material would’ve stated we will refund that order since there was an issue, but he chose to go the blame route in which his waitresses are understaffed and running around like chickens with their heads cutoff. Since he chose this route, I advise nobody to eat at this company. If he can’t accept he’s understaffed, and the order should be brought out to the customers tables then he’s the issue and his company should go under. Nobody should be the blame here and it was an honest mistake, but for him to act as if it’s his customers fault, he doesn’t deserve the business or a great review. Whether he owns this business or manages it, he’s certainly not management material with the attitude he’s got. I will make certain to spread that he chose to not reimburse for the Togo order since his waitress can’t keep up and forgot to bring people’s orders to their tables.The reviews on this business speaks for themselves.
