Cozy public house with 33 beers on tap, daily specials, and a big menu. I got the Buffalo garlic Parmesan wings, which were delicious. Company got the Rueben sandwich and the Don Cubano sandwich. Everyone enjoyed themselves and their food. Pretty quiet spot with a few patrons around late lunch time on a Friday. Good food, great atmosphere. Lower rating on the service as we had various ladies checking in on us so the service was a bit inconsistent – no one checked in after our food arrived. No one came by to see if we wanted more beer, did stop by eventually with a refill of our waters. but quiet time of day so not too surprised.

If you go here, get the grilled wings! Pick your flavor, but make sure you get them grilled! Donnelly’s has some of the best wings I’ve had. I enjoy coming here late at night, getting some food, and then going on a walk on the canal afterwards.

Aimee, Was such a Treat for two travelers from Lancaster, We Loved everything about this place, I’m a chef and not one thing was out of place Here, everything was so delicious, if you’re like us and on the Erie Canal Adventures boats and have one place to stop, choose Here! You have to ask for Aimee the server / Owner, she will make your visit so special, She did ours with the very best recommendations, The Buffalo chicken salad was spectacular, The Cheese sauce (mornay) was unbelievable, the tots were the best bargain for what seemed like the hundreds you got! Ask for them with the cheese sauce you can’t go wrong! The wings looked like Turkey legs, the Burgers appeared perfectly seared, large sizes all around, This will be one of those places that we won’t soon forget and will measure every other pub style Faire by, They set the bar unbelievably high, Such a Gorgeous memory of this place will always remain in my Heart because of the kind Service, phenomenal food, and awesome atmosphere out on the patio, Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! Love this place! Such a nice, friendly and laid back atmosphere and the food is always great. If you like beer on tap, the bar is an embarrassment of riches week in and week out – ever cycling through a dozen or so new micro brew selections. Stop in and check it out – it is the best unassuming little hole in the wall you’re going to find for miles around! In the summer they put the canopy over the front sidewalk to add an open air option if you like and since it is on a lightly traffic’d side street near the canal it’s a very comfortable outdoor vibe. Probably sounds like I’m the owner, but far from it – just trying to share a local gem.

Had a craving for a Turkey Reuben and haven’t been here since before COVID so we decided to come in for some lunch. The updates to the menu since we last dined were slight, a lot of the old favorites were still there. The difference was when the food came to the table, and it wasn’t a bad thing. The breads for the Reuben and Buffalo chicken sandwich were different but very good, as well as the chicken patty itself was more a in-house breaded piece of chicken and was huge. The freshly roasted Turkey was tender and moist, and was perfectly balanced by the other ingredients for this sandwich. Our server was very busy but was she friendly and our meals came out very quickly.
