Great service here. Even they don’t have hand made noodle show here the food it’s still decent. We had lunch special set before 5pm. Soup base, noodle, fried rice it’s complementary. Great large space seating area. The sauce station provides dessert options and fruits to choose from. Soft serve all you can eat vanilla ice cream station it’s great option for kids after the meal. I love variety of soup base. Golden soup it’s a dense chicken broth and taste great without needing any sauce for me. Free kids meal plate and small toys making kids really happy here as well.

The most delicious food I have had in years. I was able to create my own sauce. Service was perfect. Aprons, hair ties, lens cleaners were provided! Women’s bathroom was stocked and impressive and so clean. There was so much to look forward to. The ice cream was a perfect ending to a perfect dinner. The staff have thought of everything. This place is a true Gem .

If I could I’d give 1000/5 stars. Each time I’ve visited a haidilao location I’ve always left with an experience to remember, today – 7/7/23 was another. I booked for lunch to celebrate my grandmothers birthday! Without even requesting, the friendly and kind staff was super accommodating and was experience in placing our party next to the restroom facility for easy and close access. Their attention to detail and services towards us was at the highest level. Even though we’ve been to other locations, our first here, the staff explain the procedures again in how to order and such. They directed us to the sauce bar and even recommended us to sign up for the loyalty program which I did. Every so often they’d check up on us to make sure everything was okay and surely it was! …. After lunch, we were surprised with a birthday song for our grandmother! She was extremely happy and will remember this wonderful experience! Everything was just wonderful ! Thank you to the HAIDILAO staff!

Such an amazing experience! The food still never ceases to amaze me! Communication was excellent. Ordering on the table was so easy and quick. A robot brought out the dishes and our server Jackson was so attentive. I really like the original pork intestines broth and the Thai style sour and not too spicy.

Really amazing service, great food, and a clean tidy atmosphere with all the personal touches. For example they lend aprons to all guests, hair ties to people with long hair, and even provide mouthwash in the bathroom. The birthday lights and music presentation is the cutest! The owners and operators are very thoughtful towards their clients!

Great location, reserve in advance during peak hours. Service is great. Soup bases are all very tasty. Make sure to visit the spice and sauces help yourself mix bar. Must try some of the spices with your soup for awesome soup experience! Cell phone wireless charger on your table! Don’t need to worry about taking too many photos and running out of battery.

I would love to try a Haidilao in Asia, but the service and food just doesn’t match up with the reviews. I went by myself and spent over $100 on soup bases, pork belly, ribeye, and shrimp paste (apparently they have increased their prices significantly over the past two years) yet offer none of the true Haidilao complementary services that foreign Haidilao offers makes this restaurant an overpriced hotpot, especially for the quantity of meat provided. (Yes, I took great pictures and the quality was average. Overall, I was disappointed when I left because my expectations didnt match reality. I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t come back unless it was one of their official restaurants in Asia.
