Went the first time today – it was great! It’s a little difficult to see from the road (down over the embankment in the Publix parking lot – see photo). Very clean (photo). I got a steamed veggie sub – it was better than most of the other Firehouse shops in the area. The boy taking my order was very cordial and welcoming. The man behind me in line was quite rude but they can’t help who their customers are. A little bit of a wait but it was packed so understandable. Great overall experience. Will def go here again!

It was absolutely disgusting. The packaging had all sorts of hand prints of the sauces used. They can’t even give you a clean over all wrapping. Just absolutely nasty.

Great service. Friendly staff. Awesome subs (I get the Hook and Ladder EVERY TIME!). For a quicker visit, call ahead and place your order, so it will be ready when you get there. You won’t have to wait. The cookies at the counter are good, but not as good as Subway’s. They also have kettle-cooked chips, which are the best.

Husband ordered Italian sub wanting only oil and vinegar but came with mayo and brown mustard. Was horrible. He said only customer in store at lunch time.

Recently downloaded app. Ordered lunch from app last three days. Asked for extra pickles each day. Printed on receipt but no extra pickles. Today orders chips with order was on receipts not included in bag. Discovered when we got home. Called restaurant. No refund over phone or any other offers. Have to go to restaurant to get refund or chips in a certain about of time. Was not planning on going back anytime soon.

The food is great! You can always count on getting food that looks just like the pictures on their menu which is pretty unusual especially with fast food style restaurants. Most places have pictures that look nothing like what you actually receive. On top of that the ingredients all seem to be fresh which certainly makes a difference. The place is always clean and the employees are always friendly-even the manager which is often not the case. Overall I highly recommend this Firehouse Subs (even though I’m not a fan of the promotional beer cheese)!
