Very authentic and delicious Mexican food. I got the texas platter which came with cheese enchiladas and Carne guisadas with rice and beans. It was a very large portion at a reasonable price. It was pretty quiet and laid back atmosphere, our server checked on us multiple times which is always appreciated. Highly recommend for a great meal and affordable prices.

Tried to try this place out today. I was with my roommate it was around 1pm we wanted a couple of margaritas. When we walked in it was cold from the staff. I’m black American, she’s, half Mexican, half black American. I found out yesterday Mexicans don’t accept half black Mexicans, and dam sure not black american. Everything we wanted they seem to not have until we finally decided to just get up, and walk out. They had a couple of tables that witnessed it in disgust. We have to realize what affect one of us affects us all. There should be no room for this type of bull in 2023. We should all be disgusted. Do not support this foolishnes!

Not really even ok. Food is mediocre at best. Stopped in for menudo and honestly, might be the worst menudo Ive ever had. My bowl was almost entirely bone! And the chile was weak. Also, $10 for a bowl of bones!? Their breakfast tacos left much to be desired, save for the homemade tortillas. Service is attentive and the ambiance is great. But the food is meh. Also, health inspection sign says grade of B but a pen was used to add that a reinspection was an A. Seems suspect. Anyways, avoid. Theres better mexican food around.

In my 15 years of going here, the journey has slowly tiene from bad to worse. First, they don’t give chips and salsa to “to go” orders, but you can have endless supply if you eat in house. Look, I get it, it’s wasteful to give to all to go orders, especially if the client doesn’t want them, however, if a client asks for some they should be granted the same courtesy as the in house dinners. Next, this morning I ordered 1 breakfast taco and 2 breakfast plates. The meal I requested now comes with only one sausage patty instead of two, ummm, ok. Also I was given 2 salsa, but ordered 3 things, so I requested my other salsa and was told I’d have to pay extra…for salsa… that should have come with my taco anyways…and it became a huge thing. I walked out without the salsa, came home, called them asking to speak with the Manager, only to get the SAME person who refused to give me the salsa I should have been given. I tried explaining customer service to them and how this could have been an opportunity to take care of the customer, instead, she hung up on me! Great customer service…NOT!!! I think it’s time to call it quits.

I have come here a lot with no complaints until a new waitress started. Everytime my family and I come lately, we get the same newer waitress and EVERY TIME she messes up our order. I felt bad for her so I wouldn’t complain and always tip her 20%. But this last visit she messed up our order by giving us refried beans instead of charro beans and when we told her and requested to get what we ordered she refused and said she could add a side for extra charge but not just give us the charro beans we ordered. She then tries to argue that since I told my husband that i didnt care which beans, that we had made the miatake ordering. When in fact i told my husband that but then he ordered charro beans and she even repeated it back correcrly. I told the lady who checked us out and she just smiled and said ok thanks for letting me know without showing any care. So me and my family will not be back here. Yes, it is a little issue but when a waitress who works for a restaraunt who earns money from their customers refuses to correct an order she got wrong is ridiculous. I’ll go somewhere where people will get orders right and who will correct orders they get wrong.
