Usually not our go-to restaurant chain, but decided to give them a shot a few weeks ago! We were pleasantly surprised with our first experience so we went back again! We were just as pleased the second time around. Service was fantastic. We sat at the bar and were greeted almost instantly and offered water while we browsed the menu! We ordered a couple tall beers and some food! Food came out nice and hot, relatively quickly and with great flavor! We were offered dessert too but we had no room left! We will certainly be back. Everyone we interacted with during our visit was very nice! This is how going to a restaurant should be! Well done, TGI Fridays!

Not terrible. Our server was excellent! Very polite, and helpful. The hostess was not customer service oriented at all. We walked in she did not say hello or smile, just said “how many” and sat us. She wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t friendly either. I understand good help is hard to find, but it is also important to utilize staff in the best possible manner, maybe don’t have those that don’t smile at the front of the restaurant.

we recently visited for a late night bite after watching a movie down the street at the theatres. it was a mediocre experience from beginning to end. we walked in and there was nobody there to greet us or take us to our table so that was a small wait. our waitress was slow and only had a few tables but it was still a bit of a wait for her to do what had to be done and lastly, the food was mediocre tasting and came out slow after we ordered it. i used to frequent a different TGI Friday’s location and had much better service than this one.

I got a notification for my credit card company i was charged an additional $16.99 on my card as a tip; On top of the cash tip I left AND the tip my friend left who split the tab with me. The tip the server ended up pocketed from our table was almost the entire cost of our dinner for 3! Sever’s name is Sierra. Called the restaurant two days in a row can’t seem to get a hold of a manager. The staff are telling me since I don’t have a receipt it will delay the process of figuring out why the server charged an additional amount for her tip. Pretty shady I would say. Definitely looking into a lawyer because businesses should not get away with robbing their customers

My husband and I were recently visiting family in Corona and were looking for a place to have lunch on a Saturday. Every place we went was jammed, and so we decided to try TGI Friday’s in Dos Lagos. Our first clue should have been how empty the restaurant was at lunchtime when every place else was so crowded. We were seated promptly, but then the service was very, very slow (I’m sure not the waitress’s or kitchen’s fault – they were probably understaffed). We waited an incredibly long time for our food – which was mediocre at best. My sister-in-law’s burger was undercooked, and my husband and I had Beyond Meat burgers – which were just outrageously priced at $19 each. Really? Wow. It was a disappointing meal that took way too long and cost way too much. I haven’t been in a TGI Fridays for quite some time, and it’s really doubtful I’ll be heading back any time soon.

Came here for a quick small bite on a Sunday afternoon. What can I say other than TGIF always have great comfort food on a consistent basis. The restaurant was nicely decorated for Halloween throughout. The highlight was our server who was in a great cheerful mood. She checked on us if we needed anything else regularly and with a big genuine smile.

This is the best place I’ve came to eat at the service is top notch and very friendly to all. Made me feel so welcome and love how lgbtq friendly they are here. Just really loving the environment and how nice everyone is will come back again to eat here more often. The drinks and the food is super good I recommend trying the new immuni-tea it’s a great drink.
