UPDATE: We live in a fickle world and I am no different when there are so many FOOD options to choose from. Sadly, this once great bastion of Chinese food steam table deliciousness (see my full review) has fallen to the ‘I’m going to change my recipes and see if no one notices to save a buck mentality’. What once was Maximum taste, has become Maximum disappointment. Farewell, we had a good run!!!

I got there at 10:30 was we open at 11:00 so I waited till 11:10 am to place my order as they were not even halfway ready to serve customers then was what I wanted wasn’t even ready so I was basically told to wait in when I was first in line. And their were at least 4 to 5 other customers behind me. This is totally unprofessional. Your food is great learn to open on time with all options. I wanted your food cause it’s good. But running a restaurant is more than just good food. I’m highly upset with your service today!!!!!! Ohhhhhh and I’m forced to give you one star too post my review fix that too you deserve no star for today at all!!!!

Decided to come here because I loved the Jacksonville location. Noodles were great and I had no problems with pay, but upon biting into my chicken, I had bit into bones and cartilage. This NEVER happened to me at the Jacksonville Mall location. Ever. Hours later and I’ve been on the toilet for hours, am incredibly nauseous, and suffering a breakthrough fever. Thanks so much for that! Can’t wait to spend my three day weekend off school sick -_-

I like to come here when I’m in town looking for Asian food I think it’s the large selection that does it for me but they have become lazy when cutting up the chicken leaving lots of cartilage and grizzle in your food other than that the servings are large and the price is fair.

I’ve been to this location before and normally it’s pretty good but the last time I went I got the pepper beef and Kung pao chicken and my beef had weird bones in it and tasted off, later that night I woke up and projectile vomited everywhere. Other than that the chicken was pretty good so my advice is to avoid the beef.

I very rarely eat here anymore because of the sanitation grade and attitudes of the staff. But I decided to give them another chance and this was the last one. I got honey chicken with white rice and white sauce; that is the only reason why I got white rice. About halfway through my meal, I noticed something black in one of the rice kernels, so I thought maybe it was burnt. I didn’t eat it regardless. Then I got a closer look and noticed that there was a gnat or some type of bug cooked INSIDE of it. Needless to say, I was full. I really hoped that I hadn’t eaten bugs in other pieces, but I probably did. I’m just glad I didn’t get sick. I tried to find where I can report them to the health inspector online because honestly that can make people sick even though they just got inspected. They don’t care and this place needs to be shut down in my opinion. That was the last time they will ever take my business.

You have to watch the food server. They always try ripping you off by filling all the slots with rice before they put the meat on to make you look like you’re getting lots of food. Some of the staff is friendly but the older staff is rude AF. The food is great though, if they’re not trying to rip you off.
