Placed an app order and was there when it was “ready”, just to go inside to pick up and ended up waiting 15 minutes longer. There were no other customers inside. Apparently their drive thru time is more important than anyone that goes inside or app orders.

On 01-31-2023 time of California 11:56 am , I got to orders and the 2 order my kid’s found a hair,when I called customer service that’s a joke zero customer assistant , I call the restaurant Taco Bell at 900 hopper ave and they just BS because no one was warring hair nets, and they refused to return my money, lega matter need to step in .

This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to for several reasons. They are extremely friendly, quick and the food is fresh and delicious. The staff is extremely nice and the restaurant is clean. I would highly recommend going there and putting some food in your belly.
