I am from Texas and this is almost as good as the ones in Texas. If you have never tried authentic Texas style BBQ then this is the place for you. The service is great the food is fresh and the tables are clean. They offer bread with each order served on wax paper. The BBQ sauce is some of the best you will ever taste. It comes in two different options regular and spicy. All meat is served by the pound. The ribs and sausage are two of the best things you can get. The brisket also comes in two varieties fatty or lean depending on your style and taste. The sweet tea is a taste of Southern Texas brought to you. The inside decor is like stepping into another state. A fun place for the family or just to grab a bite.

I started going to Rudy’s when they only had locations in Texas. I used to drive down to the one in Colorado Springs to get sauce and spices so I’m really happy to see one open in Northern Colorado. Try the brisket and smoked turkey to start. Everything is pretty awesome though.

Rudy’s is the place to go if you’re craving BBQ and don’t want to spend too much money. I highly recommend their moist brisket, jalapeno sausage, and turkey. Their signature”Sissy Sauce” pairs well with their BBQ. Since you order at the counter, you’ll get your food right away.

Great Texas BBQ!!! I’m a Texan and I love this place. I drive an hour from Denver just to get my fix. Went in last night and the food was amazing and the staff knows southern hospitality. Went here for breakfast tacos and I will be back for all of the menu! Very filling and very good. For the money I can’t think of a better BBQ place. Very friendly staff and really good BBQ. I have only been for breakfast but I can only imagine how good lunch/dinner are. Interesting layout and all with the family style seating, but actually very welcoming. Highly recommend.
