Location says it’s supposed to be open until 12am, I show up and doors are locked and no one is answering drive through. 2 cars were out front but literally waited and waited and no one came to the speaker or window. Window was cracked open so I slid it a little more and just said “Hello is anyone here?” Had to say this 3 times before finally a lady comes up yelling at me that she won’t serve me because I opened her open window a tad more to try and get service. I told her I had a mobile order and asked her if she won’t serve me that I would like a refund and she just kept telling me no and was so rude. I would like to be refunded and you all should really look into those employees. The reviews on that location alone are terrible and if that’s how they treat people and they just turn away people who have paid and clearly don’t do their job then they shouldn’t be working there.

Placed an order on the app, when I get to the speaker the girl said please pull to the window to order. I was the 4th car in line and had sat there for 10 mins and just decided to go in and get my food. The girl said she didn’t have my order and I needed to wait 20 mins “for it to pop up in their system.” A manager finally comes to the front and says she’s looking for my order, finds it and says it will be right up. I ask for our drink cups while we are waiting, there is no ice. After another 15 mins our food is finally done, and in a bag, I waited another 5 mins for the girl wearing the headset that had pink hair, who was so unbelievably stoned out of her mind she couldn’t even function, to hand me my food. I’ve lived in this town for 25+ years and have always loved our BK and come here often, but in recent years it really has gone downhill and I will not be back after this fiasco.
