I love pizza hut, and it does very by location. I’ve not been to this pizza hut in a couple of years, and back then, it was nicer, I was there a couple of days ago (Saturday, March 11, 2023) food was good but customer service was ok. The employee seemed antsy when we asked him a question. I went to the restroom to wash my hands, and it was dirty and disgusting. Floors were sticky, the mirror was dirty, and the toilet brush was on the floor, and the toilet itself was gross and the sink was dirty that I didn’t even want to wash my hands, but I did. The toilet paper wasn’t even in the toilet paper holder. This pizza hut location can do better, and if they don’t, they will lose customers. I’m giving it 3 stars because even though the restrooms were gross, the food tasted delicious, and everything was hot and fresh.

Don’t order from this location. Very unprofessional. Service is very slow. I paid 41.27Z I went inside order and wait 2 hours. My pizza wasn’t fresh. It was over cooked and hard. My kids teeth was hurting eating hard rock pizza. I wasted gas to drive back up there and Server Devonate gave me difficult time. Customers are always right. I was served a No fresh, hard pizza. Please don’t eat there.

Ordered the big box. The chicken was good, breadsticks seemed old. I paid $2.25 for extra cheese on both pizzas and got extra dough and sauce instead. Definately won’t order that again. Delivery driver was super nice.

My question is, how is this location still open? They give cold and burnt food. I ordered yesterday and of course my order was wrong and I called every customer service number possible for a refund and no one could help. It’s sad that there are so many terrible reviews and they haven’t sent someone to help this location out. Just pathetic.

I made the mistake and thought I was ordering from the location that I was parked in front of but it wasn’t. Where I placed my order was 14 miles from where I was located. So I called and that location had my food ready. I was worried that by having to travel 22mins to get my order that it would be cold or lukewarm but it was the total opposite. On the plus side I did recieve and extra marinara sauce without having to ask. Hot and fresh food and extra items, I was a very satisfied customer and the hangry beast was put to rest.

It was a large order so it didn’t get fixed correctly. Bread sticks instead of cheese bread However the manager did offer substitutes cookies, apologize, and he was kind. They were short staffed .

If I could give 0 stars I would ordered pizza at 7:24 pm they said will be there at 8:30 pm food went in according to app at 8:00 pm and then recieved a text at 9:05 that food will be delivered at 9:48 pm what a joke this pizza hut is over 2hrs to get 2 pizzas and a pasta. Then we did not recieve all the dips that we paid for.

I went to this Pizza Hut for a DoorDash order they take very very long and sometimes the food doesn’t come out as it supposed to The employees are great I really had a good time talking to one of the drivers named Chris and one of the cashiers that is a African woman (I can’t spell her name lol ) And they help me to get my order ready on time but I have came to this Pizza Hut more than once and they are sometimes very slow and I understand that it’s busy and sometimes they are understaffed but I feel like they could be a little bit more prepared for the rush of orders that they may have and sometimes they may also mess up the pizza so I have grabbed the wrong pizza and it wasn’t the piece I was supposed to grab for a DoorDash. This is kind of small but on a personal level they only had one TV working out of all three TVs and I wasn’t a big fan of that. But they Will help out in the homeless people who may come in asking for a piece of that they made throw out and I thought that was actually a really good thing and I really support that and thought that was amazing.
