2nd time: tried again to get food from here and again received poor service. Chicken was not what I ordered (mixed bucket). I was given thighs and drumsticks. The food was not hot appeared to be died out. When I tried to get my money back and returned the food the VERY rude Manger insulted my intelligence and refused me my funds. 1ST time: not sure what happened to this place, but when I pre-ordered my food and got to the restaurant to get my food (pot pie) I was told by whoever was there that they didn’t have pot pies. I asked why they allowed Doordash to accept the order, if they are short staffed? Thankfully the app refunded me.

Today, when I first arrived at KFC, I was early, my mistake for not checking the time. The manager on board responded appropriately, and told me to please come back when they were open. The lady that took my order was very polite, and sent Dexshundra out with my food, who informed me that I was correct in my assumption that she and the other two were the only workers who showed up today. I ordered an 8 piece family meal, and it was still delivered promptly, despite the heavy lunch traffic. Thank you for your kindness and terrific service. I am grateful and so are my hungry friends!

Waited 30 minutes during my lunch break for 2 nugget meals. Finally got fed up waiting in my car and went inside only to find out they gave my meals to someone else, which was wrong for the other people. They never planned on telling me. When I went inside to see what was up the girl at the counter said it wasn’t her fault and that she just started her shift…it was lunch folks…they had nothing cooked and a half a dozen people waiting inside. The store was a mess, and if I owned this franchise location, I would fire literally everyone, including the manager, shut the place down and clean the store and start over. The place is nasty, the employees rude, and if this is your standard, I will never set foot in another KFC ever!!!

I am not one to do a review. But when I tell you every time I go here they take forever to speak to me to see what I need. One personal tell me one thing a second person will tell me something different. I’m a doordasher one time I went and they lied saying that their system was down I called doordash the doordash people called KFC and of course magically they had it ready. They lie at this KFC there could be 10 people in there and no customers maybe one in my order is never ever ready. I wouldn’t post this if this was one or two times but it is everytime. I worked fast food for 6 years as a manager and I’m not saying I was perfect but we weren’t bad every time.

Horrible. The counter staff was very unprofessional and unaware of customers. I was told that there were 3 pieces of chicken left and they weren’t making any more. This was at 6 pm. They close at 930. The told me they don’t control the app and don’t go by it. Don’t go there .
