My family really likes domino’s pizza and we order regularly. However, today I placed an order and the young lady did not give her name, she was not pleasant to talk with and quite short with me. She also commented that Domino’s does to deliver to my address when just a few days ago I saw a Domino’s car at our neighbors home.

Food is always great. Staff was friendly and polite. Cashier recommended a coupon which saved me $7.00. And also carried my boxes over to me and handed them to me personally, instead of just calling me back to the counter. Which was very polite I thought.

The manager at this location is atrocious. After ordering pizza for dinner, the wrong chicken dish was delivered to me. I called back and decided to just receive a refund as I did not want to wait even longer for the correct dish to be delivered. The manager insisted they can only credit my account (?) No refunds. I insisted that isn’t possible as we do not live here and she proceeded to argue with me, insist we accept a remake, and proclaim that it is NOT her fault that the wrong item was sent. As a manager, this is absolutely terrible customer service, and was handled extremely unprofessionally. She then hung up while I was midsentence. I am so bothered by the lack of care for customers and disregard for common decency that I am inclined to leave this review. Luckily we were returned our money for the dish from a very nice delivery guy, but the manager there should be ashamed of herself for her disrespect and rudeness. I want to specify the manager here as opposed to the fellow that took my order and the delivery driver as they were decent people. Extra star for them and the well made pizza.
