Ordered online, arrived was told to park and someone would bring it out. Waited at least 5 min, went inside. Saw the cooks almost fight then I was asked if I would take only drumsticks in place of 2 of everything. I said if they throw in a cake I would, otherwise it was another 5-10 min wait. Manager was rude, resentful, and very defensive. Will NEVER return. Will not negotiate, even if they initiate the deviation.

Atmosphere is uncleaned and the staff has no hustle. The chicken was good though. Once I got the complete and correct order I paid for. Kinda glad I didn’t go through the drive thru. I hate having to circle back because you’re order is incomplete or wrong all together.

I placed an order for 13 combo meals and sent someone to pick it up. What we got was 9 meals and 8 drinks and when I called the restaurant, I was told no you got all your food. I stated I did not, I’m looking at it and the manager told me you don’t need to be getting an attitude with me mam, I made the 8 drinks myself. So I replied if you made 8 we are still missing some since I have a receipt for 13. He finally agreed to make 4 more meals and 3 drinks for me to come back and pickup.

I had no choice to give it a 1 star review. Bc they don’t even deserve that. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone. They are out of chicken or never have the right kind. This last visit told me 4 min wait for biscuits. I waited over 20. Drinks with no ice. He repeated my order to me 3 times and still got it wrong. Simply 2 #1s. Mashed potatoes had little to no gravy. Biscuits were in turn burnt. No napkins or utensils or even straws. Asked for hunny and still got none. Guy asked me if it was ok if I would take the order not complete. Of course not. I want what I paid for. Smh. The employees were nice. But clueless. It wasn’t even busy at the time. Very confused why this place is lacking on so many things. Def negative stars for me.
