Like most good stories, ours begins at the bar. First, there were drinks. The drinks led to pizza. But a big night of drinks and pizza often leads to biscuits in the morning. Not your average biscuits. Biscuits fit for their own brand, their own experience. Then came the people. Lots of them.
Much like the mashup of sci-fi and westerns, Atomic Cowboy is a cultural mashup of ideas & experiences, food & drink, late night & early morning, North & South, soft-serve & hard liquor. For misfits, outlaws and those looking to pair their good times with really, really good food. We don’t ever put labels or restrictions on who we are or what we offer, because truth be gold, outlaws don’t care much for rules.

A heads up that DBC is located INSIDE the Atomic Cowboy along with Sully’s Pizza – it’s not very well marked from the outside. We missed it when looking for it but eventually found our way inside. Glad we did!

This was on my breakfast list to try places in Denver. The 45min wait is well worth it. Anything you order will come out dope af! All of their sauces, jams, dressings and more are all house made. They really need to bottle and sell the Bourbon Blueberry Jam

Wow! What a fun place. We were seated at the bar for Sunday breakfast. At first, I thought, hmmm, is this the right place to sit. It turns out it was. The bar tender was super busy and didn’t miss a beat while taking our order and drinks. He was super friendly, and we enjoyed talking with him as well. The food was incredible .!! We ordered a cinnamon roll to take home. Reminder, when they run out, they run out, and you will have to wait till next time. The area was super fun as well. If you plan on going, you should get on the wait list before you get there. We left our house, which is about 20 minutes out. The wait was 45 to 55 minutes. We checked in when we got there and had to wait 25 minutes. The cool thing is they have a super fun pet store and shops around while you wait. They text you when your table is ready Have fun. Must try this place!!!!

Fat Sully’s is an absolute gem! I recently stopped by for a quick bite and was blown away by the delicious food and affordable prices. For just $6, I enjoyed a generous slice of pizza and a refreshing beer. The pizza was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside – exactly how I like it. To top it off, I also indulged in some garlic knots, which were the perfect savory snack to complement my meal.

I absolutely loved the service here. So friendly and welcoming. The self-serve coffee bar is a great and easy to use. Love the assortment of random mugs. Ordered the biscuit French toast and some a la Carte items to share. Definitely will be coming back when visiting.

Tourists from New York – Denver Biscuit Co. was recommended by a friend and it was a fan favorite for our group. There isn’t a bad sandwich on the menu but there are some you will need a knife and fork for. One of the Giant Biscuit Cinnamon Rolls was more than enough to share between six people. I can’t wait to visit again the next time I am in Denver!

Love this place! We came in visiting from Seattle for a convention and had the best shrimp and grits and chicken biscuit pot pie ever and the strawberry shortcake was the icing on the cake! Our bartender and server Brenna was amazing too – extremely nice and personable.

They forgot parts of our order, and the mushroom gravy was a little salty. We’ve waited a year to be able to return and it wasn’t so good. The schooner was excellent but the rest of the experience wasn’t well enough to warrant a great review.

I had a great time here! The biscuit sandwich that I had with the Nashville hot chicken was definitely delicious. The biscuit was fulfilling by itself. I will say though that the plain fried chicken itself with the biscuit is not as delicious as the Nashville hot. I would make it Nashville hot when you have the opportunity to do so. Also the biscuits sandwiches do not come with a side which is a bummer so if you’re hungry, you’ll more likely than not have to order a side. Instead of getting a side I would recommend getting an appetizer for the table if you go with a group. You cannot go wrong with the appetizer fries or the strawberry shortcake. I would come back to this spot for sure!
