A few of the workers seem to get an attitude when the order is incorrect. I don’t mind showing you what I received , but, wanting people to unwrap all the items seems a bit much, and kinda yucky if the order includes food for others too.

Just went through the drive through and my order was not correct. They left out three (3) of my items. I live in Smithville so going back to Sparta was not an option. I called the store three times to try an fix the problem and they will Not answer the phone. Beautiful new store but the service needs a major makeover. Very dissatisfied with my first visit to taco bell!

My first time in new location and it was ok. Food was ok, although the order wasn’t correct, and the person that waited on us in drive thru stopped and someone else took over. Honestly, was kind of a weird and awkward experience-because the 1st person taking the order was the one at the window and wouldn’t speak.

Mobile order was not ready on time, even though the staff was just standing around. Took an additional 10 minutes before it was finally ready. People inside the restaurant who ordered their food after me got it before I did, and my order was not large at all.
