The last time I ordered Mr. Jim’s pizza it was excellent, so I ordered again(5/25/23), this time adding bbq wings and cinnamon bread. The pizza was only ok, the wings were soggy and inedible (and ended up in the garbage), the cinnamon bread was tough and about broke my teeth trying to get a bite (also ended up in the garbage). Needless to say, this order was very expensive and not good at all, two stars is being generous.

I was hoping for a better pizza. They gave it to us burnt as you can see in the pictures, the Canadian bacon looks like ham pieces and the crust was only alright. It just has your selected sauce spread over the crust edge. I was hoping for great pizza but ended up being just a little better than little Cesar but a lot more expensive.

Pizza is fantastic, but what I wanted to share has nothing to do with pizza but people who actually care. They forgot the 4 jalapeño ranches that I ordered (which are also really good). Alot of places are rude when you ask them to make a trip back for something as small as ranch. Everyone I spoke to from store to delivery driver were apologetic about their slight mistake and were happy to correct it. Little things like that are noticed.

Got the mister Jim’s pizza, the chicken jalapeno, hot wings, cheesy bread with garlic sauce and brownies. I could tell it was franchise pizza so it will never be five star for me. However I got good service never ordering there before the person on the phone was very helpful it was done when they said it would be. I didn’t have to ask for plates or napkins (appreciate that). It was good, I fed a crew they all agreed that it was good. They offered delivery and were forthcoming in that he was swamped but could still get me an order in 45 minutes. I decided to pick up in 30 minutes.

Mr. Jim’s Pizza has only been opened for a short time. We called for our order and was treated with respect. The delivery time of 45 minutes I feel was appropriate due to being a new franchise in this town and having multiple orders before us, as well as the food we order to be made and prepared properly. The food was amazing, not greasy at all like other places,, and I feel that this place is by far the best pizza place we have in town.

Man…. I am so glad Sheridan has a Mr. JIMS! We used to live in Cheyenne about 10 years ago, and it sadden us when we moved and no longer had Mr. JIMS for most likely one of the BEST Pizza/Italian Food restaurants around. This Mr. JIMS has been very good too, we ordered now about 7 times. Each time, great service, smiles all around, great attitudes, fast, reliable, admits/corrects mistakes, and you can tell the Owners and all the Staff take great PRIDE in their work here!
