I never have a good experience at taco bell. I ordered a few items, one of which being a Mexican pizza. I told the cashier I wanted chipotle sauce in the middle and onions in the outside after it cooked. I even watched the guy tell them to do it this way. When I opened my order it clearly had chipotle sauce on the outside and the onions looked like they were cooked with the pizza rather than being added afterwards. Can’t believe the simplest things always get messed up at every single taco bell location I’ve visited.

For only having 2 employees and at least 9 customers in the few minutes I was waiting, they did phenomenal. I was acknowledged immediately and she apologized for the wait. Service was courteous and the turnaround from ordering to delivery was faster than I had expected, given the line. Food was better than I had anticipated as well, given the circumstances. Far better than expectations and surpassed other locations.

Unlike other reviews posted I had a good experience here. The cashier was friendly when taking my order, and I got my food fairly quickly. The person handing me my food gave me a very nice goodbye and smiled as I left. Would return.

Came in this evening 20 min until closing. Cashier was highly upset that i ordered 2 grande meals and 8 cheese rolls. While waiting on my food employee came and shut the gate 15 minutes til closing. Another customer came in and waited probably 10 minutes before any of the 3 employees working even acknowledged he was waiting. One of the employees walked up to counter and told the customer that they were out of food as they threw it all away. Upon getting home and inspecting my food i was missing 4 items and my chesse roll ups were just tortillas folded in half with no cheese at all. Needless to say i will go off post to taco bell instead of coming back here.. Will be contacting hr tomorrow about this.
