Ordered twice in the past month. Takes 30 minutes for only fries. They don’t even cut them right. Decided to give them another chance last night same thing 30 minutes for fries which barely had seasoning…that i paid extra for. &5 wings that were un-seasoned (I picked a seasoning). I will be driving out to the one on Victoria from now on. They’ve never messed up on my order.

Ordered online. Got to store, they were out of the Simply Lemonade I ordered and paid for. Offered me the lemon punch from the soda machine instead. I said no, its just glorified coolaid. I asked for a refund and they refused. Said they can’t give a refund from the online orders. Food was pretty good, but I won’t go back. Now I have to file a fraud claim on my card to get my money back. If you go here pay in person not online.

My guy up at the front straight up lied about the hours just so they can close early at 9:27 pm, when even the door and on Google! says they close at 12 am literally and when I contacted a different location 10 miles away and when I asked if they close at 9 said they always close at 12 am. Honestly I get it but just would’ve appreciated the honesty instead of driving 20 miles

First time here. While the prices seem extremely high for wings. They are very good. Don’t care for the cheese fries too mushy for my liking. They need to wrap the celery and carrots in something different or not put them in the bottom of the bag. They made a hole in our bag from being so wet. Also labeling the dips. When you get ranch she’s blue cheese it’s kinda hard to tell the difference from the containers.

Came here at 9:50, 10/18/22, workers said they close at 10 yet they were visibly open after 10. Website says they close at 12, and the door said it closes at 12, we mentioned that and they jus said “my bad” . They jus lied to us so they wouldn’t have to take our order. Extremely upset and disappointed. We came down from ojai bc they have always closed at 12. Lazy workers.
