Over years past, my wife and I have always enjoyed the sandwiches at Jimmy Johns. We have ordered from other JJ’s and everything was good except at this Jimmy’s. Very dispointed by far! We had ordered two 18 inch Vito subs. Very little meat and cheese. I could not believe the cost per sub for what I paid for! Also, the edges of the salumi were dried! I could have given just one star instead of two, but things have changed everywhere with the high cost of products. I just don’t like the fact that prices get raised and not much is given! The picture of the sub is their picture so trust me when I say this, “They do not look like it at all!” Sorry Jimmy, you guys really need to do better!

I recently had the pleasure of having Gavin as my delivery driver from Jimmy Johns. He was incredibly friendly and professional. He arrived on time and was very helpful in ensuring that my order was correct. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer any questions I had. I paid almost $10 for this from the Mchenry location. One slice of turkey. Brown lettuce. Tasted like a bread sandwich and bread was stale. Awful won’t be going back. Used to be my favorite. But even subway puts more meat on the sandwich for less money too.

Very accommodating to food intolerances! There are a very few places I am able to eat at due to having Celiac disease and the risk of cross-contamination when it comes to gluten. I was in there today as I forgot my lunch at home and let the team know. The 2 gentlemen went above and beyond anything I even imagined to make sure I was able to eat there. They cleaned the entire counter, gloves, new mayo with a new spatula. I wanted to take a moment and thank them for making my entire day. I can not even tell you how much it meant to me!!!!

I don’t understand this place. They say they are open until 4 on saturdays but I went there at 2:45pm and they were locked and cleaning up. 4 employees turned around and stared at me when I tried the door and did nothing. So I guess they just close at random times now?

if i could give this 0 stars i would. i order from here a lot and never had a problem until today, the delivery driver had delivered my food to the wrong address not once, but twice. the manager made it seem like it was my fault and also would not give me her name. was incredibly unprofessional and rude everytime we interacted over the phone. took 2 hours to get 1 sandwich.

Love the smell of fresh baked bread when walking into a Jimmy Johns. We like their sub’s better than subway but wish they had more choices for toppings. We’ve ordered party trays and they are always a big hit!
