I ordered a small pizza with pepperoni, meatball, pineapple, and extra cheese. Extra sauce. This doesn’t look like extra anything. Also the chicken was over cooked, dry and small nuggets probably at the end of the bag. $35 dollars wasted. 2 years ago food was great I tried a slice tasteless and of course dry. Never will order again.

I tried to order delivery online and Papa John’s app indicated that delivery wasn’t available. So i tried to order pickup instead and the app froze up every time I tried to finalize the payment transaction. I then tried to call but got a recording saying that they weren’t currently taking phone calls. *Afterwards I tried the nearby Domino’s, the online purchase was smooth and my food arrived within 30 mins.

Never received my order! Manager was very rude, kept placing me on hold. Never once apologized for the inconvenience until I brought it to his attention. Corporate need to do more training with their management. The first thing in customer service is acknowledging and saying you’re sorry not disregarding and questioning so you didn’t get your food. If I had gotten my food, I wouldn’t have called. I’m from East Tennessee where we actually treat people with respect and when we order food we actually get it!

If I could give this location zero star I would. Everytime I order from this location my order is never right. The staff including manager is so low class & unprofessional. I called corporate after the 4th time they messed up my order & no manager ever bothered to follow-up with me so obviously they don’t have any concern with how their paying customers feel about the food we are paying for. I refuse to spend money with them again. I rather go across the street to their competitor Dominos.

This location is exceedingly terrible. The staff got every single item in my order incorrect. The manager “Tim” hung up on me when I requested that the delivery person come back with the correct items. I called back twice, was immediately placed on hold, and hung up on again both times.
