I give three stars because honestly the food was good. UNTIL i’m down to my last few bites and see a HAIR! I definitely pay attention when I eat thank God so there were thankfully no other hairs while eating. I have my hair wrapped so I knew it wasn’t mine. The thought even passed that maybe it got on there somehow from my hands or something. However NO! After getting a closer look I see that the hair is cooked into the burger under the cheese and everything! I went to pull it out and it was longer than expected. Instantly made me gag especially being I had already ate so much. Ofc I didn’t eat the rest but I am highly disappointed. Accidents happen but please wear hair nets!

upon arriving there was only one person. IT WAS A TRAILER. a TRAILER. in the middle of an industrial truck lot. the woman was very rude. wouldnt answer the window at all and when you ring the bell she wouldnt acknowledge it. she refused to give me my order until i confirmed it. after confirming i discovered it wasn’t even the right order and upon trying to communicate that, she refused to remake it. this was absolutely ridiculous.

Drove all the way here for pickup and no MrBeast Burger. So I ordered online through the website for delivery and only received half my order. NO FRIES! Missing drink after charged $8 for delivery and tipped. 2 meals totaled $38. Called customer service and refunded me $7 which delivery cost more than that. Talking about Hangry?!! Horrible customer service and the food was terrible! Never again.

Anyone going up to this place thinking that it’s a restaurant is delusional. It’s for takeout. The entire premise of the Mr. Beast brand is to give the little guy a chance to make food and get it via delivery services.

My son absolutely loves the food but don’t order them from DoorDash. Tonight was the 3rd and last time because yet again his order was cancelled and it was a good 30-40 minutes before I was notified if the cancellation. I was told it was cancelled because they were closing but online it shows they are open until 11:30pm and were taking orders until 11:10pm. The order for my son was placed around 9:30 and was cancelled a little after 10pm.

We ordered this as a DoorDash. When the food got to us, the portions were much smaller than pictured. I know there’s always a bit of magic in photos but this was ridiculous. I got the grilled cheese and when I opened it, the cheese was on the outside of the bun and there was only one slice. This is a “never again” experience for me and my coworkers.
