Great menu, lot to offer. I had the fish special. The fish was perfectly fried. Waitress was fast and friendly. We have to go back so I can try the tenderloin pony – looked so good and my companion said it was very good.

Potato skins were thin and burnt like they were left over and fried to reheat. Chicken sandwich tasted and looked as if it were boiled to cook it. Hamburger was dry and plain. We took two bites and asked waitress for the bill. She did not seem surprised when we told her about the quality of the food. I have heard numerous people from the area had similar experiences.

We called and reserved for a party of 20 in plenty of advance and the service was awful! It took us over an hour to get our appetizers. When we finally received our appetizers our meal came out with them. Oh but then about 15 mins later they brought us our salads. When I had to get up and go ask for a refill on drinks after sitting empty for almost 30 mins the waitresses we’re standing in a corner talking about the customers at their tables. They could have used that time to serve their tables like they are paid to do instead of gossiping. Appetizers were cold, salad was soggy and warm, and burgers were cold and dry, fries were way over cooked. Only complaints we didn’t get about food were from those that ordered pizza. Pizza was great! 2 out of 10 from us! Unfortunately I would not recommend!

Family came to town and we were looking for a bowl of chilli. We decided to go and try theirs out. We were not disappointed. Good tavern style with small amount of grease on it. Had plenty of crackers and cheese. Service was good and it was before their rush hour tonight. Will go again.

It was a very cold night , I wanted something good and comforting , so I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce . It was delicious .The noodles were cooked perfectly , and that delicious meaty sauce , rich flavor perfect taste of garlic , nice and thick . I ordered and within 25 minutes It was ready at the pick up window .Everything I have eaten from Top Cats is delicious . It’s one of the several delicious eating establishments on The North End !
