No gluten and no tomatoe options for the pizza. I understand it wont be 100% gluten free due to cross contamination, but you can reduce as much as possible. There shoyld be reduced gluten lectin options for pizza and they have them. It also wasnt overcooked like I occasionally get at mod. Nice job

The staff is extremely friendly and the pizza selections are great. For a guy from Texas, the spicy sauce is incredible. The Meatza pizza with the spicy sauce is excellent. I have eaten pizza from Chicago, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Rapid City, Las Vegas and Houston. The 1000 degrees Pizza are top shelf. I also recommend the honey garlic wings.

This place has so much potential but there is always something wrong! I ordered through Uber Eats tonight and received my pizza with no green peppers or onions on it. It also is only cut into 6 pieces! This is the third time I’ve ordered through Uber Eats and the third time my pizza has been incorrect. This is extremely frustrating because once you pay the service fee, small order fee, delivery fee and tip the driver you have paid almost $20 for a $10 pizza. The least they could do is make it correctly and pay attention to the details like cutting it into the correct number of slices. Then, when you call they don’t answer the phone and the voice mailbox is full. It’s no better when you go in…last time I took my dad they were out of sausage and another time I had to wait for them to make more 10inch crusts…it was not busy. The employees are slow and disinterested and often talking amongst themselves instead of working. I asked for cheese Parmesan cheese one time I dined in and no one moved to help me and once someone did, it took 15 minutes for them to find some. Don’t get me wrong, if you can get past the service and actually manage to get what you want on your pizza, the pizza itself is delicious. However I’m starting to think it’s not worth it to keep spending my money here if they can’t bother with the little things.

The 5 stars for the food. Service is a solid 3 stars. Dudes working gave me two extra pizzas before I checked them! Told him he was lucky I wasn’t really hungry. Not to mention our pizza had been ready a good 5 minutes before they called the number.

I love 1000 Degrees Pizza! It’s fun picking your toppings and creating your pizza. I miss just adding your number to get great savings. You can still get the savings but now you have to use the app. The pizza always comes out quick and HOT! I do miss the original staff because they seemed to have fun making pizza and laughing with the customers and their coworkers. It’s a great place to have !

NEVER EVER EVER OPEN. Why update business hours if you are going to be closed at 5:20pm on a Friday. I’m unsure who the owner is but you need to take a serious look at your employees and this establishment because it’s going downhill fast.
