So, I really don’t get it! We placed an order for our family online. We were given an estimate of 20-30min. We were super encouraged when someone called to confirm a name for the order and told us 15 min! I felt like this order might be worth the expense – well shame on me!

I’ve been coming here at least once a week however the last 3 times the customer service was horrible. The same older gentleman is very rude and short with you do barley allow you to speak. His attitude is horrible. The last few times the fry bags are cut in half and when I asked him is he giving me half orders of fries good response was I don’t make the bags I just put the product in them. I can’t believe the price they’re charging for a half order of fries. The quality of the food is good but I’m not willing to patronize someone as rude as he is. THIS IS SAD WHEN YOU FIND A LOCAL PLACE AND CAN’T EAT THERE.

I ordered two slices of pizza drive thru yesterday. It was the worst pizza i ever had. The cheese pizza had so much cheese on it where it made the crust do soft it was like eating raw dough. The sausage pizza was so greasy and had so much cheese you couldn’t find the sausage.. it made the crust so soft you couldn’t hold it to eat it. Never going there again

Went to go get a beef after work and it was terrible. It tasted like the beef meet was old or something. I asked for extra dipped and it was not at all. On top of that the fries weren’t the best & i spent 15 dollars on this sandwich that wasn’t good. Overall terrible experience. I WONT be back.

I live two hours away. I was in the area I purchased a hotdog combo to eat while we were driving. The hotdog was cold. I ordered a beef combo, double dipped with American cheese. We got home the sandwich was extra dry, and it didn’t have the sausage on it. I tried calling they said bring it back. I live 2 hours away. They said call tomorrow to talk to the manager. I tried for 3 days never being allowed to talk to a manager.

This is some of the best pizza I’ve had, and the deals are unmatched! The customer service is great, and the people are so nice. I would definitely recommend coming here for your next meal. Also, try the carrot cake, it’s so good! My husband had the ice cream, and he loved it.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went today and received terrible customer service. The worker didn’t understand a part of my order and just tried to bypass that item and rushed me while finishing my order. Get my food only to find they forgot an item. He tells me I didn’t order it. I said if you weren’t rushing me maybe you would’ve heard it but he argues to say he didn’t take my order and cut me off asking I wanted to order it now. He had the same voice while wearing the headset. LOL HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I would’ve just left and not ordered to begin with but it was for my mom and she actually like your beefs. Never received both receipts either. HARD PASS FOR ME!!!!
