It’s a pretty solid Pizza Hut. The staff are friendly and the food comes out hot and in a timely manner. In the past, their organization would have been questionable, but over the one and a half years since I’ve lived in Sugar Hill, their service has improved and and they’ve been consistent with delivering a satisfactory experience. Furthermore, what makes prompts me to give this Pizza Hut a 5 star review is the few times their staff has been extra homie. One time I asked for crushed red pepper, expecting them it to be free but Pizza Hut stopped offering red crushed red pepper in the form of a packet and now they offer it in a larger quantity in a form of a container with the cost of $1. The guy working there gave me this crushed red pepper for free and that has left a favorable impression of this establishment.

We order from this Pizza Hut regularly for delivery or pick up. They’ve always been polite and the drivers are usually quite timely in their delivery. (We all have bad days) overall, very pleased with the pizza and the service, would recommend to anyone interested.

Should be zero stars!! Ordered on pizza hut’s website, get a text message saying my order will be delivered by DoorDash, receive another text 10 minutes later saying my order was delivered. Go outside nothing there, checked outside camera no one ever came. Called store they told me they will transfer me to a supervisor for online orders. Stayed on hold for over 30 minutes no one picks up. Now I’ll have to call and dispute the charge.

This Pizza Hut is new to the area so we thought we’d give it a shot vs going to our normal pizza place! Tried to order online with the coupons that were just sent to the house…didn’t work…said they were expired even though it said it expires in May of 2019 on the actual coupon!! Customer service sucked!! Talked to the “manager” because the guy I spoke to first didn’t know how to handle the situation! I very patiently waited about 6 minutes…then the “manager” got on the phone and sounded like the turtle from Finding Nemo, but eventually got my pizza ordered! Was told the pizza would be delivered in about 40 minutes…over an hour later we got our sad little pizzas!!

A great place to stop by if you’re suddenly feeling hungry for pizza + pasta. The food was 10/10 for Pizza Hut, and there weren’t any delays for our walk-in order. Our cashier also quickly helped fix our order since I misunderstood something at first, but she quickly refunded everything I didn’t want and was really kind.

Short chubby short hair white lady servicing the counter tonight at 9:50pm racially profiled my brother in law when picking up my order. She said “make sure he doesn’t run out with the order” and he had come inside to pick it up because this place only had a one driver on schedule. The order was already paid for but if this ignorant worker had done her job she would know it was already paid for. Disappointed

I’ve gotten pizza, sticks, and pasta here so many times. The people know my name and are courteous and great at suggesting what items would pair well, as well as any specials/meal deals that would fit what I want. And they’re pretty quick considering how busy they get. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 mins for an order, but I wasn’t going in during busy times. If its really busy, it would probably be good to order online or call ahead
