Working in a food service with waitresses, I feel the waitresses should make every customer feel equal , and accepted. it’s sad how is black people get treated when coming in to eat a good hot meal. My waitress was so nice to others, treated them respectfully asked them they want or need anything, but treated me like I wasn’t a customer. I don’t think waitresses know that people pay attention and notice. It’s said she wasn’t checking on my table, she gave me stale hard bread that tasted like it sat for hours. It’s sad to receive horrible customer service because I am black. Some people should NOT be working if they have anything against peephole with color! PEOPLE SHOULD BE TREATED EQUALLY!

I ordered the chicken Alfredo, it was good. The bread sticks tasted weird and overly salty. The Zuppa Toscana soup was decent, but I had the never ending soup and salad and it definitely ended, I would’ve liked another soup, but I got tired of asking for every little thing so I was over it at that point. No silverware on the table or napkins.I kept asking for silverware. Took about an hour from the time we sat down to get our food. I saw a lot of staff just sitting around and talking, they were mildly busy… but not too busy if they had time to just sit around. Our server was nice.

Ordered takeout and my order got mixed with another customer. The staff did an amazing job at communicating what was going on and even offered some complimentary deserts to makeup for the extra wait. Normally I’d be upset but they really did a great job. I’d go back to this OG.

The food is great, the service is good. They sit you on top of other tables when there are clearly other tables available. Never understand that. Had a mix up order on an appetizer and they delivered to table next to us. Manager brought us a fresh one with a heat glove on and set it on edge of table. I went to grab it and it burned my palms. Why would you set it on the edge of the table.?! Kind of killed my mood for the meal, I was constantly holding my iced tea because my hands hurt. Overall, it wasn’t a bad meal but I think once a year is good for me.

I give this one star me and my family went the other day for the first time to try it out and my first time ever having olive garden. We was seated right away but then sat for almost 20 minutes waiting for a server to come and atleast take our drink order. We watched people come in after us and get served right away while we still sat and waited and waited patiently one worker lady tried to help us but when she brought it to a waitresses attention the waitress said she doesn’t want another table to serve although she took a table right across from us who came in 4 families after us. We got tired of waiting and waked out and will never return worst experience ever !!!

The service I had today was so mediocre. Like almost below mediocre. When we walked in we sat at the bar. When we sat down, it took what felt like forever to even get noticed. I would say at least 7 minutes and there was only one other person at the bar and she had bar back help. She was not attentive really. I felt like she was serving us because she had to. She wasn’t rude, just seemed to not care. The food was just… that’s all… just. Not good, not bad, just. And in that one picture was a bowl of soup that sat there empty the whole time we were eating. She didn’t clear there space at all. My dirty salad plate was there also. It was just below average service and it could’ve been way better.
