Great food and service is so hard to find in South Florida, but it’s never lacking at Chanson. This is probably my fifth time dining in and honestly, it’s always over delivered. I’m an extremely picky diner, so this is hard to believe even for me! The food is novel and well executed, the service is eager, and the view is unparalleled. They change their menu specials every single day and they’re always an absolute delight. I’ll admit the occasional unexpected pairing, but if I allow myself to submit to the experience it’s always incredible! (Personal favorite is Mike the bartender, happy hour from 3-6pm!)

We really enjoyed our dinner here. It’s a very beautiful restaurant; modern elegance. Great location on the beach. We had dinner and walked the pier. Our server, Barbara, was excellent. My husband has a food allergy and she really went above and beyond.

Food was good but not what we ordered/were told. Was told by waitress it would come with bacon but instead came with sausage(I don’t eat sausage). No one ever came around to see how the food was. When I informed the staff what we were told vs what we got they did nothing to resolve. Plus they add a 20% tip automatically. Expected much more from this place.

First time at Royal Blues Hotel. My wife and I ordered Lobster Ravioli ($30 for this dish) for room service. The kitchen staff/chef were kind to throw in complementary arancini and bread to accompany the meal.

Came here for happy hour and the Tuna tartare was very good. It is one of my favorite dishes. The portion size was a bit smaller than I would have liked. The Caipirinha I had was excellent as well. Will certainly be back for dinner.
